Once parked, Walk to all the Village has to offer. Beach is about a 10 min walk as well. Look for the Trolley in front of Morton's Market...comes every 30 minutes and will take you up and down the key for FREE!

Rental age restrictions:
-This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25.
- Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and government issued photo identification are required prior to receiving an electronic access code to the property.
- Pets are welcome, however, we do charge a $150.00 non-refundable fee per pet*.
- Smart TV system does not offer paid account services. Guest must use their account information to access.
*Due to online booking policies, some payments may need to be submitted after the booking is reserved and confirmed. Please let us know if you have questions about the policies prior to booking.
-Refrigerator does not have an ice maker.
- Island Sewer System: Our Island sewer system is very fragile. Please do not flush anything except toilet paper. No Wipes! Please discard in the trash.
-Pool is shared between BOTH units.
-Quiet Hours are from 11pm to 6am. No loud noise, music, etc during these hours.
-315 is located on the 2nd floor, please be mindful of noise when moving around inside the unit as guests below can hear heavy footsteps.
-This unit is part of a Duplex. You are renting the second floor.
-Stays in excess of three weeks shall incur an additional cleaning fee.

Please remember that you're staying in an apartment, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. Thank you for your understanding.

The inside of this property was clean. The pool was dirty when we got there and it stayed that way. I would not use it. The right corner of the balcony needs repairing. It felt unsafe to stand on. Hopefully those issues will be resolved soon.

Great place to stay

You can walk to the village and the beach easily. We did have to call maintenance out for a broken pull out bed (was broken when we pulled it out). But management was quick and had someone out to fix it. The place was very clean. The deck is a bit sketchy with some soft spots that are easy to notice because the tile is all breaking because of bad wood under it. Also the stairs are not all the same height so it can trip you up at night, especially when the light bulb is a strobe light. The pool is great and the kids loved it. It has a waterfall feature which made it comfortable to hang around and listen to the water. I would recommend this place based on its location and cleanliness.

Would recommend this condo! Two couples stayed and it was the perfect set-up for us. It was too cold for us to swim in the ocean but, the heated pool was warm enough to tolerate on the afternoons of low 70s. Perfect location for a walk to the beach or to the village.

Perfect location!

This condo was literally steps from town and a very short walk to the beach. Checkin was a breeze. It was stocked with all the essentials, including a full washer/dryer (and detergent) which came in handy for our damp, sandy towels and bathing suits. I think another review mentioned the beds in the guest room were a little uncomfortable, we found that to be true as well, but it would not prevent us from staying again! Overall a wonderful experience!

Cute condo near beach and village

We loved our stay in this cute condo close to the beach and village. Pool was fun and we loved having our morning coffee on the balcony. My girls favorite part was how close it was to the shops and fee trolley. We will definitely be back!!

We enjoyed our stay very much the house was clean and had all the amenities to have fun there on site or if you wanted to go to the beach, from the chairs, wagon, umbrella, cooler, and even plenty of beach towels. We will definitely be back to stay very soon!!

We loved being right off the main road. We walked to all of our meals every night and only drove when we decided to go to the main beach. When we come back we will stay here again. The bed was a little firm for our preference but overall the stay was very comfortable.

Great Location!

Loved the convenience of this property. Everything was just a short walk away. We also really enjoyed the pool since there was a red algae bloom and lots of dead fish in the ocean. The front porch was great for happy hour and to watch the sun go down. Would definitely return!
