Beachside Vacation Efficiency Suite at Beach Palms

Welcome to Beach Palms, your local, family owned Condo and Beach Cottage development located directly across from Siesta Key Beach! If you are looking for a clean, quiet, family oriented environment for you and your guests, look no further than here! Featuring several unique beach cottages as well as condo style suites, Beach Palms offers you a unique set of properties to make your visit special.

Suite #16 is one of two one bedroom, 1 bathroom suites that Beach Palms offers. These comfortable suites feature their a shared outdoor patio for you to enjoy the outdoors, several hot tubs around the property, as well as an above ground outdoor pool for use. Each unit is equipped with a small grill as well for your use. The suite features a King sized bed in the main bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and basic kitchen utensils for those evenings indoors. There is no stove in this suite however, so cooking in the unit will not be possible.

Enjoy the beach from the public access number four, located directly across the street from the complex! You cant get any closer than this...with each cottage including beach chairs for your party. There is also a beach cooler, and some beach toys for your convenience located there for no additional charge for use. Propane is provided for you in the grill areas as well.

Great place to stay.

Only reason for the 4 stars was because of broken glass in our sliding glass door and a shower that didn’t drain well. Other than that it was great.

We got to property , shades on sliding door inoperable, finally get them to open and notice sliding door was cracked ,didnt think a whole lot of it because the rest of place seemed a old and in need of repairs ,fridge not working, dirty outside, pool dirty ,toilet not flushing correctly, shades missing in bedroom, ,run down ,landscaping in rough shape,Long story short we check out the next week and after we leave get a charge on my credit card for 1650 dollars to fix broken door,I tried talking to the incompetent property inspector that "says" he inspected before we got there and door was ok ,Very bad business on there part ,I wouldn't recommend staying on any of there properties if you don't want to get charged for repairs that were allready broken .Brad Wilson from Siesta Keys property management is a crooked manager and shouldn't be allowed to manage when he apparently doesn't do his job and inspector before he rents .

Ok for a very short visit

This is a great location just steps from the beach. If you are looking for a less expensive place to sleep for two this is a good choice. The bedroom window was missing blinds so there is a privacy issue. The bed is a foam mattress which does have a considerable dip. They are very strict about check in times. You will not get access until exactly 4:00 PM. The cleaning service was waiting outside the door well before the check out time of 10:00 am which is uncomfortable as we were trying to load up. The pictures were accurate and did match up with the property.
