Tucked in the dogleg of North Carolina Avenue, in the heart of Campus just steps from Abbo's Alley, Morgan's Steep and All Saints Chapel, this 3 BR 2 BA is a perfect home away from home while visiting the Domain. Trillium Ranch offers a full kitchen, dining/living room combination, 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with a porch large enough for al fresco dining for 6 and a nice, fenced in back yard to enjoy. University/holiday event weeks/weekends has a 3 day minimum stay. These include Easter, Graduations, 4th of July, Parents Weekend, Sewanee Writers Conference, Lessons and Carols, weddings. This is only available during university approved or sponsored events.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fenced private yard, and a coffee maker.
