Nestled amidst the tranquil embrace of nature, our new modern cabin offers a captivating blend of rustic charm and contemporary sophistication.
Whether you seek a serene retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life or a gathering place for friends and family, "The Smokies Paradise" promises an unforgettable experience.

We are conveniently located in the Wears Valley area and close to many of the major attractions in Pigeon Forge, Dollywood & Gatlinburg.

GETTING IN:
You will be provided a personalized door code before check-in and will be operational from 4pm on your check-in until 10am on your checkout. No physical key needed, we have integrated a smart lock for your smooth check-in process. You will have full access to entire property to enjoy privacy.

We eagerly await your arrival at our welcoming retreat!

STAY CONNECTED:
There is limited cell phone service in the area. We provide free guest Wi-Fi, credentials will be provided upon check-in so you can use your phone without interruption.

DRIVING TO PROPERTY:
The road to the cabin is steep and paved mountain road. When traveling to the Great Smoky Mountains 4 wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended.
There is dedicated space for 2 vehicles in our driveway
Other things to note
-Quiet hours begin at 11PM everyday

- We provide an initial supply of toilet paper and paper towels. If you plan to stay longer and/or have sensitivity to toiletries, we highly recommend to purchase and bring additional supplies for your stay.

- Please note there is some construction noise as the community around us continues to grow.

- As we step out in the nature to enjoy the mountains and the views, please be aware there maybe various insects, and you may occasionally encounter them during your stay. To minimize discomfort, we request you to keep doors and windows closed as much as possible. Please carry and use repellent sprays as you need.

- Bear sighting is common when visiting Smoky National Park. For your safety, if you see one, please keep your distance, do not approach, do not feed them. Do not leave food outside on the deck area. Any trash bags should be placed in the bear proof bins located in the front by driveway.

- If you are pregnant, refrain from using hot tub for your safety.

- The house water is sourced from a well. If you prefer, please bring your own bottled water

- Fireplace is not functional from April 1st to Oct 1st, this is standard for all cabins in this area.

- Early check-ins or late check-outs cannot be accommodated. We ensure our cleaners have sufficient time to prepare the cabin for next guest, as we do for you. Thanks for your understanding!

- No Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cabin. The house is equipped with a smoke monitoring device designed to detect cigarette smoke. Violation of this policy will result in the immediate action including termination of the booking, fine and fee for deep cleaning.

- Exterior camera and smart door bell is install for guest safety.

- No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/ other things out of our control. We highly recommend travel insurance to help incase you need to cancel outside of our policy window

-However much we love our furry friends, we have a strict "NO PET" policy. To ensure comfortable visit for you and other subsequent guest who may have allergies from pet hair etc, we request you to please adhere to this policy.
