Great rental just needs a few updates
Overall, our stay was pleasant. The house was spacious and comfortable, with a great layout for our group. The location was convenient, and we enjoyed exploring the nearby area.
However, we did encounter a few minor issues. The dishwasher wasn't working, which was inconvenient because of our large group plus the holiday there were a lot of dishes and we had to hand wash them all week. Additionally, there was an ant problem in the kitchen which did not go away the entire time. There were also heavy floor tiles in the main floor bedroom dresser drawers which was annoying to have to move them all.
Despite these issues, the host had great communication and tried to fix the problems all week.
We would still recommend this rental for a group looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay with a great view on the Indian River. This is a new rental and you can tell they are working out the process to present a 5 star rental, just not quite there yet.

From the time we booked this property the owner kept in contact with us and went out of his way for specific accommodations for our boat.
The property is a high end 3/2 on the IRL and centrally located that fit our needs. Our group mentioned several times that they would like to come back and stay here again for a weekend!
I can't say enough how impressed We were with this property & how accommodating the owner was. He showed me another property he is re-doing now and it looks to be the same theme with high end fixtures and a nice looking place...Just a disclaimer I do not know the owner other than meeting hime during our stay.
If the owner is reading this thank you for everything and you will see us again.
