As Advertised

It was a quick in-and-out 2-night business trip. The property was as advertised and is nicely located near the market. My one negative observation is that it did not seem properly cleaned. The bedding was not neatly made, the refrigerator had not been emptied, etc. As with many other people, my assumption is that the owner pocketd the cleaning fee and attempted to clean it themselves.

Pretty disappointing..

The fact that this VRBO is facilitated by Vacasa (third party rental company) is probably the worst part. The communication is nearly impossible and there’s no real ownership. We reached out several times with questions and got no responses. We also ran out of toilet paper very quickly because we were only given a roll and a half for 5 days with 4 adults. There is no AC whatsoever and it was difficult to sleep. The sofa bed is actually just a futon and shouldn’t be considered large enough for two people. Extremely uncomfortable and that’s coming from people who aren’t very picky. It should be noted that all the “amenities” (gym, pool, rooftop, etc) are actually in a completely different building so you have to go outside and walk over to even enjoy any of it and even when you do, it’s very disappointing. For the price we paid, we would’ve been much better off in a hotel. Beware of the homeless people right outside the building as well. We felt like sitting ducks surrounded by drug addicts as we waited 30 minutes for the host (Ashley) to come open the front door after we had already given her our arrival time well in advance. Once she came, she required us to take the tour of the buildings while carrying around all our luggage and being 4 months pregnant. Also keep in mind that they is no place to store your bags after check out (which is earlier than most places). Overall, the staff was super inconsiderate and we will not be recommend or returning.

Overall location was great for our purposes and walkable to many tourist attractions. Seemed safe enough area. Many food locations including a Macrina bakery that was wonderful. Place was decently cleaned and stocked. I don’t believe there is air condition at least we couldn’t figure out how to turn on. The roll out bed needs replacing. Overall we would stay again but I will say I was truly annoyed by two things (1) this place was like a maze. It wasn’t easy to get around. We were able to navigate it easily but it just wasn’t created with the guest in mind. Not their fault. (2) I was SUPER annoyed by being required to meet someone at their specified time to get the keys to the unit and garage. She also seemed annoyed by having to do so. I am glad she did actually cut our “tour” short. I am an adult and can figure it out. I don’t need to waste an hour of my trip being shown where the front door is. 😄 again nothing was bad enough that we wouldn’t stay again but want to be transparent about what the expect.

Great Location, But Needs A Few Things

We loved the location of this property and enjoyed the fact that most things are walking distance! However, there are a few things that you should know before renting. First, the TVs in the condo do not have local channels so if you are into sports, you won't be able to watch any games. Second, there is no hair dryer and if you are staying longer than a day or two, you will need to purchase your own paper products as they only provide starter supplies (which we found out after we had already been to the store and ran out of TP). Also the king bed is very comfy but the couch/couch bed is not (and is also badly stained). Many of the linens are also stained and could use replacement. The plumbing is also very loud. Some of the light switches don't work well and the TV remote has a broken back button. Very important.... there is NO A/C in this unit, which we didnt realize until we checked in. Luckily it was cool out while we were here and we could open the windows, otherwise we would have been pretty uncomfortable. Lastly, I thought the check in process was very weird as we were asked to do a criminal background a few days before we came. Overall, we enjoyed the location of this property and it was great to have free parking but for the price we paid, we would probably prefer staying in a hotel next time.

Belltown is centrally located to ballpark, Pike St Market, Space Needle, downtown and restaurants. Lots of homeless in the area but they mostly keep to themselves. Bldg security is very good.

Condo was safe, great location. Cleanliness was not ideal. We had several stained pillows (which were replaced the next day), pillow cases and towels. The shade above sliding door looks like it had never been cleaned, dirty couch cover, and dust end tables. Lower cupboards needed to be wiped down. Umbrella on patio was broke and cushions old and stained. Great place but needs be cleaned better and some things replaced!!!

This condo was clean and exactly as advertised. Would be 5 stars if the property management was easier to deal with. In short - great place to stay in the city but will not use this property manager again.

If you like walking this is the place for you. Nice walks to Pikes Market, the Space Needle and we even walked to the Ball Game. If not Gran a scooter or e-bike. They are everywhere.

Just what we needed

We had a VRBO that ended up not working out. We were able to book in less than 24-hour notice. Every step of the way we received communication about check-in, resources at our fingertips, and the check-out process. Highly recommend!

Clean, Convenient, Comfortable

We've stayed in various apartments at Belltown Court over the years. We just discovered this one, and it is now our new favorite spot. It was immaculate, nicely decorated, spacious enough for us and our Aussie, and conveniently located off the 3rd floor courtyard. The king bed was super comfortable, not too soft but not too firm. Both myself and hubby slept well. We did not get to enjoy the beautiful and spacious patio due to the rain, but our dog enjoyed sniffing around and it was a convenient potty spot. Speaking of pups, there was no evidence when we arrived that this was a dog friendly unit. No dog hair or dog smell to be found. Whoever cleans this unit does an amazing job! We will definitely be renting this unit again. Thank you for sharing your lovely apartment with us.

Exactly what we wanted!

This was a fabulous last minute find for a "let's go" visit to Seattle! The apartment was great! It was clean, well furnished and the bed was very comfortable. There is enough storage space for everything, in both the bedroom and the kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped and it's easy to do a full meal. The is a well-appointed bath big enough for two to share the space.The location makes it very simple to get around and would make a great base for a longer stay. This is definitely at the top of our list for our next visit.

Met All Our Expectations & Staff Went "Above & Beyond"

Getting acquainted with the property & parking through the Turnkey Host, Brian, worked beautifully. The condo was airy and clean, and the sheltered patio in the evenings was such a bonus! The king-size bed was wonderful! And the kitchen, though just on the sufficient edge of supplies, had enough cooking and eating equipment to allow us to buy fresh halibut, asparagus and great bread at the Pike Place Market and prepare one great meal "at home" one of the nights.... But the "Above & Beyond" was that I, totally inadvertently, left my laptop where I thought I couldn't miss seeing it! We were half way to Bainbridge Is. when Gabriella communicated with us about how to best get it back. The staff really went an "extra mile" to meet us at our return and retrieve it. Very impressed with and grateful for the Turnkey Service!!

Great location, apartment a little dated

Excellent location and communication with rental property. Have stayed in this building before, different management. For the rental fee, I expected the place to be cleaner and less worn in. The condition of the furniture, walls, bathroom were very poor and do not match the photos. I called the management to notify the bathroom was dirty and the shower head rusty, they sent someone over the next day. There are many other units in the building, I won’t stay here again.
