Location was great, apartment was spacious. Would have been perfect if there was in-unit air conditioning, we were there in September and had to keep all three portable fans running at all times, which got pretty noisy at night.

We really enjoyed our stay, the unit was really cute and very clean. Wonderful location close to everything downtown. However we were shocked when we found out the unit did not have air condoning. Apparently that was mentioned in the amenities of the unit. Honestly, I felt that that was very much hidden and on purpose. It should be noted upfront and honestly indicated. We were blessed that we had good weather and we could open windows that allow the unit to cool off. But being in Seattle in the month of July, it could’ve easily gone the other direction. So be aware this unit has no air.

Family trip

Great location, nice place for family with younger age kids, pool and gym, large games room. Check in/check out times not flexible (4 pm and 10 am). Apartment a bit on older side but generally in good shape (toilet paper dispenser was broken). Would recommend for families with you kids or a couple. Perfect spot to walk and see the sights.

Rent somewhere else

Where to begin? No air conditioning, small cheap Walmart fans that move no air. No ceiling fans. Bathroom sink was clogged the whole time we were there. A back deck was overgrown and dirty. The couch was old and nasty, basically a blanket over cheap cushions. The TV in the picture in the living room is probably closer to 55 or 60 in. The actual TV in the living room is closer to 30 in. The TV on the bedroom is like a 1980s computer monitor. The Shelf in the bathroom is right at face level, you will hit your face on the shelf and hanging rack if you walk in. There are curtains covering the laundry area and the bedroom closet. Old, dirty and too long, dragging on the floor. A few of the cabinet doors, cheap particle wood, coming apart from water invasion. The front door does not close effectively unless you lock the top lock. Getting in and out of the garage is inconvenient to say the least. The shower head is at 5 ft 3 in... just rent somewhere else
Clogged up sink that I text about multiple times. Nothing ever happened. Just received text back saying, thank you, we will forward your complaint to the local team.

As Advertised

It was a quick in-and-out 2-night business trip. The property was as advertised and is nicely located near the market. My one negative observation is that it did not seem properly cleaned. The bedding was not neatly made, the refrigerator had not been emptied, etc. As with many other people, my assumption is that the owner pocketd the cleaning fee and attempted to clean it themselves.

Pretty disappointing..

The fact that this VRBO is facilitated by Vacasa (third party rental company) is probably the worst part. The communication is nearly impossible and there’s no real ownership. We reached out several times with questions and got no responses. We also ran out of toilet paper very quickly because we were only given a roll and a half for 5 days with 4 adults. There is no AC whatsoever and it was difficult to sleep. The sofa bed is actually just a futon and shouldn’t be considered large enough for two people. Extremely uncomfortable and that’s coming from people who aren’t very picky. It should be noted that all the “amenities” (gym, pool, rooftop, etc) are actually in a completely different building so you have to go outside and walk over to even enjoy any of it and even when you do, it’s very disappointing. For the price we paid, we would’ve been much better off in a hotel. Beware of the homeless people right outside the building as well. We felt like sitting ducks surrounded by drug addicts as we waited 30 minutes for the host (Ashley) to come open the front door after we had already given her our arrival time well in advance. Once she came, she required us to take the tour of the buildings while carrying around all our luggage and being 4 months pregnant. Also keep in mind that they is no place to store your bags after check out (which is earlier than most places). Overall, the staff was super inconsiderate and we will not be recommend or returning.

Overall location was great for our purposes and walkable to many tourist attractions. Seemed safe enough area. Many food locations including a Macrina bakery that was wonderful. Place was decently cleaned and stocked. I don’t believe there is air condition at least we couldn’t figure out how to turn on. The roll out bed needs replacing. Overall we would stay again but I will say I was truly annoyed by two things (1) this place was like a maze. It wasn’t easy to get around. We were able to navigate it easily but it just wasn’t created with the guest in mind. Not their fault. (2) I was SUPER annoyed by being required to meet someone at their specified time to get the keys to the unit and garage. She also seemed annoyed by having to do so. I am glad she did actually cut our “tour” short. I am an adult and can figure it out. I don’t need to waste an hour of my trip being shown where the front door is. 😄 again nothing was bad enough that we wouldn’t stay again but want to be transparent about what the expect.

Great Location, But Needs A Few Things

We loved the location of this property and enjoyed the fact that most things are walking distance! However, there are a few things that you should know before renting. First, the TVs in the condo do not have local channels so if you are into sports, you won't be able to watch any games. Second, there is no hair dryer and if you are staying longer than a day or two, you will need to purchase your own paper products as they only provide starter supplies (which we found out after we had already been to the store and ran out of TP). Also the king bed is very comfy but the couch/couch bed is not (and is also badly stained). Many of the linens are also stained and could use replacement. The plumbing is also very loud. Some of the light switches don't work well and the TV remote has a broken back button. Very important.... there is NO A/C in this unit, which we didnt realize until we checked in. Luckily it was cool out while we were here and we could open the windows, otherwise we would have been pretty uncomfortable. Lastly, I thought the check in process was very weird as we were asked to do a criminal background a few days before we came. Overall, we enjoyed the location of this property and it was great to have free parking but for the price we paid, we would probably prefer staying in a hotel next time.

Belltown is centrally located to ballpark, Pike St Market, Space Needle, downtown and restaurants. Lots of homeless in the area but they mostly keep to themselves. Bldg security is very good.

Condo was safe, great location. Cleanliness was not ideal. We had several stained pillows (which were replaced the next day), pillow cases and towels. The shade above sliding door looks like it had never been cleaned, dirty couch cover, and dust end tables. Lower cupboards needed to be wiped down. Umbrella on patio was broke and cushions old and stained. Great place but needs be cleaned better and some things replaced!!!

If you like walking this is the place for you. Nice walks to Pikes Market, the Space Needle and we even walked to the Ball Game. If not Gran a scooter or e-bike. They are everywhere.

Excellent place to stay

Location great. Property very nice and very safe and secure. Unit was cozy and very comfortable. Loved our patio area.. Agent responded quickly when we had no wifi but unfortunately required a repair. Would definitely stay again
