Head towards the back of this home where you'll find a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a small breakfast bar, a dining table for eight for mealtimes or fun family game nights, and a second TV. Rest comfortably in the primary suite featuring an en suite bathroom and sliding glass door access to the deck. Climb the stairs and discover a wonderful family room with leather seating, a third TV, a pub-height table, and a cupboard full of board games, while the desk is ideal for remote work or online school.

Was just ok with a few issues

House is nice and has adequate space for a big group. But that’s where it all ends with anything positive to say. Our trip started off bad as they wouldn’t allow us to check in early , even just an hour early as we got there and wanted to get in the house. They couldn’t give a reason to why we couldn’t check in early, the house was clean and was ready to go. So we sat in the car outside of the house with the kids until we could check in at 4:00. We settled in and about an a hour later of getting inside , the power in the house went out. It took multiple phone calls to finally get ahold of someone local. Remind you this is managed by Vacasa, horrible company to rent from. In the end my father in law got power back on somehow with breaker box. There was also no toilet paper, paper towels and other basic needs. Towels also smelt like mildew. Technology in those is bad. There’s about 50 different tv controllers and really confusing how to get tv on. The good things about house is that its a big house. It has a great yard with fire pit and its fenced for dogs. It has 3 bathrooms and a nice living room for everyone to relax in. Overall, it was just ok and we probably won’t be staying here again.

The house is in a good location and accommodated our family of 5 adults and 2 children. However, the house is not managed by a local property manager and uses someone in Portland (Vacasa). This manager was not able to schedule needed property repairs while we were there and needed them.

Wonderful

It was everything that it was advertised to be. All things were stocked appropriately (ie toilet paper, laundry pods, kitchen things, fire wood etc). I will say the kids board games were mostly unusable as they were all missing pieces. Our power went out the first day and help came immediately and fixed the issue. All in all would definitely recommend! Short walk to the prom and beach - perfect when you have littles

Sandcastle Stay

Love the outdoor seating and fire pit. Sturdy large dining table for puzzles and games. We didn’t use the living room much because it isn’t an open floor plan to the kitchen and dining areas, but the furnishings were very comfy. Short walk to the beach and downtown Seaside - great location! The only complaint was not enough toilet paper. Not something to skimp on!!

Great house and location!

The house is a block from the ocean, so it’s a quick walk. There is plenty of space in the house with a great upstairs loft/family room area. Nice kitchen and large dining area. Love it and would stay again.

We’d stay here again!

Clean house, fully equipped, great location. Coffee grinder was broken and property manager replaced it immediately which was nice. Walls are very thin so the teenagers had to keep it down a bit, but otherwise a great stay!

Perfect for Multi Family stay

House was in great location! Walked to downtown Seaside about 8 blocks. The beach is boom rt there! House had 7 of us and it is spacious and laid out well! Kitchen is big so no one was bumping into each other. We used the beach toys and frisbee in garage cuz we left ours! So the extras they offer are great! We will stay there again! Clean, warm, inviting and comfortable including the beds and pillows which is #1 with us!

Our stay

Our stay was pleasant. We enjoyed the deck and fire pit when it wasn’t raining. We used the bbq often, but we had to purchase a new tank of propane as it was empty upon arrival. No biggie. Property was clean, spacious comfortable. Great for entertaining indoors! I highly recommend.
