"Lovely check in. We arrived very early due to a change in flight but were accommodated. Room was lovely with a comfy bed.
Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner (green gunk on the toilet and hair on the floor but great shower and toiletries.
Towels could be a little bigger/softer.
Mini bar was not clean.
Pool area was fantastic. Loved our swims.
Bar staff were lovely.
Unfortunately we got quite sick there (nothing to do with the hotel) so only left the room for 4.5 hours during the daytime (11am until 3.30) and despite all the other rooms already having been serviced already, ours wasn't done when we got back (it had been requested every 2nd day which this was). However, I found a member of housekeeping to ask for some toilet paper and they were lovely and went and got me some with a friendly smile.
Will definitely come back here when we return in the summer. "
