Good: Very close to Tarnby train ststion,, staff was great Bad: Lobby was dark, checkin desk was essentially a bar, felt like they nickle and dime for everything (have to purchase shampoo for example). They upsell breakfast access, and we passed on it because the breakfast was sub-par for Copenhagen. We stayed twice in one week, both times our view consisted of an overflowing dumpster.

OK for a single night near the airport

OK for a single night if just arriving at or leaving from the airport. Bunk bed was a little scary as there was a fixing missing from the safety rail. Bathroom was TINY....you can go to the toilet, have a shower and use the sink all at the same time..... The breakfast was average, poor for the price paid though. It was quiet though and the staff were nice.

Booked 3 rooms for family of 12 consisting of 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed for each booked room . Clean and well equipped rooms with plenty of towels , toilet papers and reasonable comfy beddings. Private individual toilets for each room has diff set-ups w/1lucky (3rdRm) having a complete shower set-up . Otherwise the others are w/tiny shower next to sinks- and toilet ! 1of our booked rm has sink tube draining to the floor to drainage… gross ( Room 123) . Nice that ours was on 1st floor , although they have elevators) …but could hear some people talking from outside our windows w/c we’re left open to have some fresh air in ( summer) at runs 1-3ish early am !

Pros: The room and bathroom were clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Cons: Our room was located on the second floor, and the hotel does not have air conditioning. This required us to open the window, which wasn't a major issue—except that with the window and curtains open, people could see directly into our room, and two bright streetlights shone in throughout the night. We had a very late check-in after arriving from the U.S. and ended up sleeping into the second day of our stay. Since we only had one day left in Copenhagen, we didn’t want the hassle of changing rooms and preferred to spend our time exploring the city. Additionally, the room was quite small with no space to store luggage or clothes, which made it feel cramped.

Very comfortable room and friendly staff. Close to train station for easy access to Bella Center and central Copenhagen. Not much to eat, see or do in the immediate area but the hotel has a full bar and a basic selection of sandwiches and snacks in addition to a hearty breakfast option. There is a grocery store close by and hotel has a large, pleasant outdoor seating area.

This hotel was close to the metro/train station which was good for getting into the city and to/from the airport. However, it was really far away from stores/restaurants. There was a small grocery store and a 7/11 within walking distance with basic food options. I didn’t like the fact that they tried to nickel and dime you for stuff. They had a coffee machine that you had to pay for. I don’t understand why it could not have been complimentary. It was very hot during my stay and they wanted to charge to use a fan. They also charge to store your luggage. All of these things should be complementary. Too much nickeling and diming!

1. The neighbor used a noisy chainsaw to trim his tree early in the morning. And the noise went on for 3 hours. 2. a lot of bugs flew into the room and stayed on a corner of the ceiling. I informed the hotel and they said it's my fault to open the windows during the day. I found out this issue in the early evening and the hotel did not have any service staff to help. The did not change me to another room. Instead, they asked to pay more money to move to another premier toom. I had no choice to pay more money to move to another room. 3. One tiny room with a facial wasking sink, and a shower head for taking shower, and a curtain to separate a toilet.

We needed a no-frills property that was close to the airport so that we could catch a very early flight the next morning. This hotel suited our needs--small room with a bed and a TINY bathroom, but that's all we needed.

Bed is way too small and uncomfortable if you book the double twin. I made that mistake and I regret not booking the double or queen instead. Make sure you include breakfast in your reservation (and double check, because Expedia cheated me out of this after I added seats to my flight and upgraded my room) or else you will find yourself going hungry in the mornings. There are barely any food options at the hotel and in the area. Only one "restaurant" in walking distance. Netto is a god send, however, and I would suggest going there to get snacks instead of buying them from the hotel. The hotel is "green" so they do not change your towels and you will have to ask for some if you run out after reusing them. Coffee is expensive for a tiny cup. The only food worth getting is the baguette sandwiches if you feel inclined. If you can, I'd spend a little more money to get a higher floor, as the basement floors lack privacy if you want sunlight. The hotel is conveniently located next to tårnby station, so getting around is a breeze from this hotel but that's just a function of being in Europe period. That all being said, the best part of this hotel is its staff. Really friendly and helpful people. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel regardless of the price, find a hotel with an in-house restaurant (cabinn métro is in the same price range and has way more food options).
