CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES, AND REFUNDS.
All bookings are subject to the following cancellation policy:

1. PMI Sarasota Permitted Cancellation Periods:
a. 30 days or more prior to your check-in date for rental periods of 7 days or less
b. 60 days or more prior to your check-in date for rental periods of 8 days or more

You may cancel your booking according to either a. OR b. above, given by written notice (email accepted with time-stamp) to PMI Sarasota. If the cancellation meets the criteria of either a. or b. the full amount of your reservation deposit will be refunded, less a $200 cancellation fee and any non-refundable charges including booking fees and management/admin fees.

2. All refunds, whether in whole or pro-rated, will be subject to the deduction of third party non-refundable charges.

For cancellations made after the Permitted Cancellation Periods above, Guest is responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges. Guest’s only recourse for refund after the Cancellation Period is a claim on a previously purchased vacation travel insurance policy. To protect against loss of your advance deposit or booking payment resulting from cancellations caused by certain unforeseen events, such as illness, death, natural disasters, etc., we recommend that guests purchase Vacation Travel Protection Insurance.

Family vacation

The property was amazing and beautiful. It had everything we needed for a weeks stay. Our stay was interrupted due to a Hurricane. Due to these unforeseen circumstances I did contact the property manager on several occasions and they could not have been more responsive to our needs.

Siesta Key Beach Vaca

Our family of 6 adults and two kids had a fantastic stay at Palm Paradise. Close to Siesta Key Beach, great restaurants and the pool amenities were perfect. We appreciated having the beach chairs and sand toys to use as well. We would definitely stay again!

Home away from home

This house was perfect for our family, so much attention to details, utensils for the toddler, speaker for the pool, cooler, nice chairs, towels to use for pool and beach! Along with ease of communication if a question did come up. Location was convenient to restaurants, beach and airport. We reconnected and relaxed thanks to an awesome place for a home away from home feel! Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Great location!

We were there for the USRowing Home is an recent remodel of an older home in a nice neighborhood, just off of the major thoroughfare South Tamiami. It is centrally located to everything we wanted to do in the area. We used the pool and grill, both of which were wonderful! Grocery store was right around the corner and Taylor made checkin/checkout effortless! We will book again next year!!!

We were extremely happy with the accommodations! The host has thought of everything a traveller will need . It was very nice there was beach chairs that save $ not to have to rent them .The whole family really enjoyed our stay :)

We had a fantastic experience renting this property!! The house is beautiful and nicely decorated! ☀️The bathrooms are gorgeous! ☀️The patio, pool, and yard are amazing! ☀️The house is very well stocked. ☀️There is plenty of open living space. ☀️Everything is new, bright, and clean. The host, Taylor, is great at responding quickly to any concerns or questions! The property manager, Steve, is also helpful. We would highly recommend this property to any family! Quick trip to the beach and very close to grocery and pharmacy. The welcome book at house is also very helpful! Thank you Taylor!!

Family reunion by the beach

Taylor was an excellent hostess. She has responded quickly to my questions and was readily available. The house was clean and well stocked with cleaning supplies, towels, beach chairs , etc. The pool was great. The house is located near Siesta Key Beach. It was perfect for our family reunion.

This is a very nice place inside and out! It's close to the beach with good privacy. I'd definitely recommend this place for groups of 6-8. Our group had a lot of fun and will definitely consider coming again!!

Fantastic Experience

Taylor’s home was beautiful, exceptional well equipped, clean, and perfectly located for our family of 4. She was so accommodating, providing a crib and toys for our 1 year old and being flexible with our dates as a tropical storm disrupted our flights. the bedroom are all separate, which is great for family needing space between toddler and baby for nap times. Master bedroom was on opposite of house so we had some privacy. Kitchen and living room well equipped with all items needed. Beach chairs and towels were fantastic and of high quality. Cannot wait to stay here again soon!
