VIVIENDA TURISTICA CON CODIGO nº ETV / 4697 DEL GOVERN BALEAR = authorized house for vacation rental with number ETV / 4697 of the Balearic Government.

The approximately 90 square meter, quietly located chalet is located in 2. Sea line very close to the steep coast in a cul-de-sac and offers a wonderful panoramic view from the roof terrace. It is located on a large plot of approx. 800 sqm and is divided as follows: From the entrance area you can reach the cozy living room on the left with a fireplace, air conditioning, WiFi and a flat-screen satellite TV. The large kitchen opposite on the right is fully equipped and offers u. a. a dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine, etc. and a small cozy seating area for kitchen-dwelling friends.
In the back of the house there are 3 bedrooms: 2 with a double bed and 1 with a single bed or Bunk bed. The bedrooms are each equipped with air conditioning, which can also be used for heating in winter. In the outdoor area there is a pool of approx. 3 x 7 m, a new complete outdoor bathroom and in addition a large outdoor shower and various attractive seating areas on the various terraces. There are also two parasols, a large barbecue with a comfortable seating area, and 4 loungers. On the spacious roof terrace there is also a cozy lounge group to enjoy the wonderful panoramic view and the sea view. Bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided by the owner. The house is rented all year round.
Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a kitchen, and a washing machine.

Lovely villa

Great time in Llombards

Four of us stayed at this property and we had a wonderful time. It has everything we needed for our stay, including beach towels and umbrellas which were great for our days at the beach. It was great to have the pool too. We had a minor issue with the hot water but Silke was able to fix this quickly for us. Definitely recommend having a car for your visit here so you can go to all the wonderful beaches located close by. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in Casa Bauza. Die Übergabe hat super geklappt und das Haus ist großzügig mit vielen gemütlichen Sitzecken. Die kids haben den Pool geliebt. Im Haus / Küche waren alle Utensilien reichhaltig vorhanden, sogar Essig, Öl, Gewürze. Um das Haus kann man wunderschöne Spaziergänge an der Klippe genießen....wir kommen gerne wieder.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans la maison de Cala Llombards, en particulier la diversité et l'aménagement de ses espaces extérieurs : le coin repas principal à l'extérieur, l'espace repas à l'arrière de la maison avec four pour les barbecues, le petit salon sur une autre terrasse, le toit-terrasse pour admirer le coucher du soleil sans oublier bien sûr la piscine dont nous avons pu profiter à toute heure de la journée. La 2e salle de bain, située dans le petit cabanon est très pratique aussi, au retour de la plage par exemple. Nous n'étions à l'intérieur de la maison que pour dormir (nous avons bien apprécié aussi, en plein mois d'août, la climatisation dans chaque pièce) ou pour préparer les repas dans la grande cuisine très bien équipée, comme le reste de la maison d'ailleurs. Nous recommandons !

Aktuelle Fotos des Objektes würden die Enttäuschung nach der Ankunft und während des Aufenthaltes mildern. Die Einrichtung ist teilweise lieblos zusammengewürfelt und etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es besteht deutlicher Sanierungsstau an verschiedenen Stellen, u.a. der Dusche. Dementsprechend stimmt auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht.

tolle große Anlage

Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht!! Die Anlage ist sehr groß und es gibt viele verschiedene Ecken, die zum Verweilen einladen. Tolle Dachterasse mit Blick aufs Meer und den Sonnenuntergang- wunderschön! Die Wohnung ist sauber und es gibt alles, was man für eine Woche braucht! Außerdem super Lage - was will man mehr☺️ Wir sind gerne wieder Gäste!

Heerlijk vakantieverblijf!

Met ons gezin met drie volwassen kinderen hebben we een week genoten van dit vakantiehuis. Behalve het meer dan volledig ingerichte huis, hebben we vooral genoten van de enorme buitenruimte om het huis heen; lekker schoon zwembad, vijf ligbedden met paraso;s en bijzettafels, aparte bbq-plaats, meerdere zithoeken/lounchesets, inclusief dakterras, hangmat. Voldoende (grote) handdoeken aanwezig. Kortom een aanrader. Je hebt wel een auto nodig.

Bad und Küche sowie Wäsche und Schlafzimmer sauber. In Küche etc. alles was man brauchte vorhanden. Allerdings : Es fehlte die Liebe zum Detail. Die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Terrassen zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Viele Blätter vom Gummibaum, die auf den Möbeln und Boden landeten . Hätte man täglich selbst entfernen müssen. Der Hof mit dem Pool sowie die Dachterasse waren vorhanden, aber nicht gemütlich. Auto fast neben dem Pool zu parken. Für den Preis hätten wir mehr erwartet, was die Ausstattung und die Sauberhaltung anbelangt. Alles "etwas in die Jahre gekommen".

Schön, aber mit Abstrichen

zweites Bad ist Außenbad, Weg zur Bucht zu Fuß komplizierter als angegeben, nicht immer ruhig, leider war die Verwalterin nicht so aufgeschlossen, wie wir es gewohnt sind, auf meine Frage, ob wir 30 min später abreisen können, erhielt ich keine Antwort. Da der Außenbereich aber viele Möglichkeiten bietet, 4 Sterne

Wir können das Haus absolut weiterempfehlen. Es war sauber und alles sehr gepflegt. Auch das Grundstück war sehr schön mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten inklusive Dachterrasse. Der Pool war sehr groß und sauber. Wir würden das Haus wieder buchen!

Entspannter Urlaub

Jederzeit würden wir die Finca wieder buchen und jedem unserer Freunde empfehlen. Wenn man meckern möchte muss man hier lange suchen und wird bestimmt nicht fündig. Einzig und allein ne neue Pfanne wäre gut 😂

Nachbarschaft zu laut für Ruhesuchende

Wir wählten das Chalet in Cala Llombards, um großem Trubel und Lärm zu entgehen, wurden allerdings tagtäglich von früh bis spät vom arbeitswütigen Nachbarn mit seinen divers handwerklichen Maschinen gestört. Definitiv hätte das Umfeld in der Objektbeschreibung genauer beschrieben werden müssen. Wir hätten dieses Chalet dann nicht gemietet! Außerdem mangelte es offenbar an Absprache zwischen Agentur und Eigentümer, da am letzten Urlaubstag eine Gartenarbeitsfrma den Garten bevölkerte und eine neue Hecke pflanzte sowie diverses Grünzeug zurückschnitt und das bereits vor 9 Uhr morgens. Wir sind enttäuscht!

Preis Leistungsverhältnis unschlagbar!! Es fehlte uns an nichts! Bestens ausgestattet, Nähe zum Meer/Strand (leider überall während der Hochsaison total überfüllt), sehr tolles Grundstück, großer Pool, romantische Dachterrasse. So etwas findet man zu diesem Preis sehr selten! Kommunikation mit Vermieterin bestens! Wir haben uns wunderbar wohlgefühlt und werden wiederkommen!! Danke für diese schöne, angenehme Zeit!

Schöne und gut gelegene Finca mit ausreichend Platz

Sehr schöne Finca, welche genug Platz für zwei Familien bietet. Sowohl das Haus als auch der Pool waren sehr sauber und wir würden jederzeit wieder diese Finca buchen. Sie ist ebenfalls sehr ruhig in einer Sackgasse gelegen und der Strand von Cala llombards ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Abwicklung über Frau Klee hat auch super geklappt.

Perfektes Haus mit schönem Garten

Wir haben uns in dem Chalet sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist perfekt ausgestattet und hat alles funktionert . Auch die vielen verschiedenen Sitzplätze sind sowohl für den heißen Sommer aber auch kühlere Tage gut geeignet. Der Pool wird regelmässig überprüft und der Hausmeister kommt alle paar Tage mal vorbei. Es ist halt sehr schade, dass es nur 4 Liegestühle gibt. Wir waren mit 6 Personen dort und es wäre gut, wenn die Eigentümmer noch 2 dazu kaufen würden. Unsere Kinder haben sich auch auf die Hängematte, die auf den Bildern erscheint gefreut, aber die gibt es leider nicht mehr. Zum Strand nach Calle Lombard kann man sehr schön an der Küste entlang wandern und braucht man ca. 15 min., für kleinere Kinder sollte man den Weg auf der Strasse benutzen

Entspannung pur

Wir waren mit drei Erwachsenen und einem dreijährigen Kind in der Casa can Bauza. Schönes Haus, schöner Pool, viele Sitzgelegenheiten, jede Menge Platz, idyllisch... Wie erwartet. Wir konnten gar nicht alles nutzen. Das neue Außenbad ist eine perfekte Ergänzung. Der Service von Frau Klee und Herrn Wulf perfekt. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig: die mit "privat gekennzeichneten Fächer - vielleicht auch, weil wie noch nie in einer Ferienwohnung waren, die auch von den Eigentümern selbst regelmäßig bewohnt wird. Für uns Erwachsene kein Problem. Aber ich habe den ganzen Urlaub gehofft, dass unser Sohn nicht durch Zufall die Spielsachen entdeckt - das wäre dann anstrengend geworden ;-) Aber ansonsten hat wirklich alles gepasst.
