We wanted to stay in the Seagrove area to be near friends who own a home there. Spring Break timing so we thought it was too crowded and a huge group of teens in the adjacent townhouse building on the beach side of the complex. That big group of teens very loud boys and girls was the real detractor. The condo itself is nice, view from the small veranda of the beach, comfortable furniture and a good size for our family of four, could sleep several more if you don’t mind being crowded. Sparse offerings, you’ll need to bring toiletries and ALL beach stuff - chairs, towels so we drove and brought those things, kitchen has what it needs. We like being in a secure place with the gates and felt safe in the condo. To my horror, we did have a few bugs to kill, but that’s Florida! Overall, we would recommend this condo for its size, security, comfort, furnishings and location.
