Best beach vacation ever

This beautiful cottage is tucked away under a canopy of beautiful trees and makes you feel like you are in a tropical oasis, not baking in a crowded condo complex and just a short walk of 500 ft from the beach! The relaxing mini pool in the backyard was perfect in the afternoons. Morning walks were a delight around the sandy streets and food and shopping is literally a short bike ride away. The home is quaint and comfortable and we will absolutely return.

Perfect place and location

Really loved this quaint cottage. It was perfect for 6 people and the location was amazing. Only a few minor issues with the house itself but maintenance was fast to respond but unable to fix. But definitely not a deal breaker. Did not come with a golf cart so we did have to rent one. All in all it was a fun trip and We will be staying here again.

Seagrove 2022

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 121 Live Oak! We were so excited to be such a short walk from the glorious beach, Seaside, Watercolor and Grayton Beach. The pool was lovely and warm which was great because we had a cold front in the 40's! Overall, perfect!

Lovely location

Location was perfect- quiet with beautiful beach-walking distance to Seaside. As this was end of season I would suggest a little spruce up and a good scrub. Interior was nice although a bit tighter than anticipated. However pool area was large which was most important to us. Enough parking for 4 small to medium vehicles. We would rent again.

Wonderful Stay

It was a lovely stay, the location couldn’t be better, easiest walk to beach access and restaurants. The bikes on site were great and the pool lovely. Beds enough for all. Our only minor thing was it was a little sandy when we got there and the vacuum didn’t work. The broom worked fine though!

Great House, Great Location! Perfect Vacation!!

Perfect house for our family of five. Clean and well stocked. Boardwalk to the beach was a 3-minute walk and the shops and restaurants at Seaside also very walkable (5-8 minutes). Publix was a quick drive as well. We really liked having the pool on property. With kids aged 15, 17 and 20, not everybody wanted to do the same thing at the same time (i.e. beach, Seaside, or pool). We were there in late March, so the heated pool was a nice option on one really windy day and cooler mornings/evenings. One suggestion would be to bring your favorite pillow. Many were flat and hard.

Wonderful location!

Our family of 7 enjoyed our stay here and loved the location. The street is gorgeous and it’s a short walk to the beach. Very quiet neighborhood & a great price for walking distance to Seaside. Lots of stairs down to the beach from the walkway. Just FYI. Pool was great for kids that were tired of the beach. House was very quaint and our kids loved the twin bed rooms. Thank you!

Close to beach and square

House was close to the beach and square. Our college age kids loved the bikes and we all loved the pool. Room downstairs has a pocket door to the bedroom downstairs and they have to walk through the bedroom for the bathroom and entry/exit. First time to the area and loved it!

Wonderful property and owner

We enjoyed everything about our stay! The proximity to the beach was great, and the walk through the tree covered streets was so pleasant. The house and pool were great. The house was more spacious than we expected from the pictures and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. We would absolutely stay at this property again and again.

Perfect location

This house is perfectly located within walking distance to the beach, as well as all the shops in Seaside. We enjoyed having the pool in the backyard. Any question that we messaged the owner was promptly answered. The house was spotless on arrival. We hope to be back to stay here in the future!

Fun in the sun!

The location can't be beat. Short walk to beach, we rented bikes and went all over, even over to Grayton beach. The pool is fantastic, nice dining room the we used for every meal because of Covid (we did take-out or cooked). Grill was in great shape and we even used the firepit. Bedrooms are perfect and having a separate thermostate for up and down is grat because it was naturally hotter upstairs. My only complaint was it said on the listing there were beach towels but there were not. Luckily we had a few with us, but I would have brought some if I had known. Also in the picture it shows a couch and three chairs but there were only 2, one of us had to sit on a dining chair to watch TV. Also I have been renting houses for years now and I guess it is common now to have only the bare essentials in the rentals...I wish renters realized how appreciated it is to have a few extra dishwasher tabs or garbage bags etc. I guess people steal stuff. It is the extra touches that make it seem more homey.. We had a great time though and if you are thinking about renting this house you will too!!

A perfect stay!

We had a wonderful time visiting this adorable home just blocks away from Seaside, FL. Josephine was wonderful to work with and was super responsive. The heated pool worked out very well with for the cooler temperatures this time of year. It's a perfect house for a family beach trip and we will definitely be back!
