Very run down house

Looks much better in photos. Extremely run down. My bathroom was bad, no hot water in sink, toilet doesn’t flush properly, shower door is hard to close. Front door frame is broken which can cause issues when trying to lock the front. Kitchen is not well stocked, no dinner plates, pans are really bad.

Not What I Expected

This house was adequate for our needs but certainly not in the category of "luxurious" as stated in the description. The place is older with a musty smell in back bedroom. Sheets and towels were old. So humid that the towels were hanging damp when we arrived. I chose to wash them again. No A/C. It was not easy to walk to any restaurants or stores. There is no pool or play area on premises as shown in pictures. We would not stay there again.

Business Trip to San jose

The property manager and communication was excellent, property could use a little TLC. We found out that there are many condos/villas that have no A/C and this is one that falls in that category. For what we needed of this trip it worked just fine! Great location for all the shopping and great dining close! If you need a place close to many different activities and a place to crash it will do. If you want a little more amenities you might look elsewhere!
