A wonderful place to stay

This PH is incredible. Ocean views and plenty of space to relax including an extraordinary deck with a warm pool and plenty of lounge space. The living areas are large and comfortable. The Viceroy staff at the pools and swim areas and restaurants are consistently friendly and welcoming. Conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. The host was helpful and responsive to any questions. We were 8 people and everyone really loved staying here. Thank you for having us in this extraordinary penthouse.

Great Layout for big families

The Penthouse was perfect for our big family gathering providing enough rooms for individual privacy at nights but still allowing us to spend time together and eat together in the big living room and dining area. The outdoor deck table was awesome along with the warmed soak pool on the deck.The view of the resort and beach and ocean was breathtaking and everyone loved spending time on the deck.The place was clean and comfortable. The onsite restaurants were delicious but over priced.Only complaints were that the WiFi was spotty and not reliable, the audio system only worked in the kitchen although we saw speakers in rooms and out on the patio, and the remotes had dead batteries.The resort has no onsite shopping so getting food and supplies required walking several blocks to the store or getting a taxi or Uber ride to and from the store.

non family friendly hotel. will never stay there again or recommend to anyone else. There are couple of other resorts right around this one, stay there instead.

Beautiful and spacious penthouse

Gorgeous penthouse with stunning outdoor space and plenty of living space for a large family. Property amenities and restaurants are top notch with friendly staff. Close proximity to San Jose del Cabo town center also a plus. We will definitely stay here again!

Best kept secret in cabo

At first I was sceptical about this property because it didn't have many reviews. But I have to say this penthouse exceeded my expectations. I brought 5 different guests here and they were all blown away. This place is the Best kept secret in cabo!
