We had an amazing stay and a big reason for that was the incredible staff. Yazi, Isabel, Adel (from Seattle), and Abbey at the front desk were absolutely wonderful, welcoming and helpful every time we saw them. Robert at the restaurant was also fantastic and made every breakfast even better. Our whole family, including our two daughters(Gabriela and Isabela), loved the staff and always looked forward to seeing the staff each day. They truly made our vacation experience extra special. My daughters both cried when we left and still keep talking about them. We stayed for four nights and will definitely be coming back because of this amazing team. I would highly recommend anyone going to San Antonio staying here. Thank you again for the wonderful experience and making our vacation extra special. Adamson Family

Breakfast menu options were good but the price didn't match the quality of the food. The buffet itself was $36 with not as much variety as the price would indicate. We opted for a la carte and the choices weren't bad in taste, but just weren't reflective of the price. Valet seemed steep at $76/night. Would've been nice if they could've charged our EV while we were parked but that wasn't an option. Overall the hotel is nice and the service was great, but for what you're paying for, the establishment can do more to justify the price.
