Nice location. Great stay, just didn't care for the self-parking situation. Machines were not working properly with room key for my entire 5 day stay. Other than that great hotel and staff.

Good water pressure. Big but uncomfortable bed. Friendly staff. Good location. Clean establishment. That's all. It was nothing spectacular, but not bad either. That's all I got. Stay here if you don't want to be mugged, but not if you like back support while you sleep.

The hotel is in a great location. Nice staff. The cleanliness of the pool area was terrible. Garbage everywhere, used towels, cans and cups. There were even used cups in the pool floating. The hotel should have anticipated the 4th of July holiday to be a busy one at the pool area and plan housekeeping accordingly.

the services were awful, room not cleaned for several days icalled the desk and they replied that for sure it will be do it tomrrow, we took a trip the first day when we returned someone did poops in our toilet, how did they get in and why, we used the valet they did not get our car for almost one and a half hour, the lime did not show at the airport unti a person from another limo company called them and a limo arrived it was filthy and talked about eating snakes. the print of directions were illegible and wrong...

Hotel is right on the riverwalk. Rooms are starting show wear and tear, but are very comfortable. Walking distance to reaturants, shopping and sightseeing. Vanessa at the front desk was real pleasure. Always with a smile on her face.

Very nice and excellent location. Excellent staff and facilities. Food was exceptional.

It was our anniversary and I had booked a room with a king bed and view. We were first put in an accessible room as the type I booked was not available. Went to change rooms and were given the hospitality suite that joins two rooms together, was definitely not satisfied with that, being that Murphy bed was very low and the very small TV was on the other side of the room and blocked by the couch. On the 3rd trip to the front desk Brandi (the 3rd front desk employee to assist us) put us in a room with a view albeit a double and queen bed. However, she cared enough to offer us the club level benefits that accompanied the room as well as a small room credit in lieu of not having the booked room type available. Really it was the fact that I felt she heard and validated my viewpoint as a customer and did what was within her power to remedy the situation. Exemplary employee! Clean room, nice stay.

Great hotel. Great location. Had an excellent visit. Apparently I have to write quite a bit here...

Just off the main part of the Riverwalk. Quiet despite the construction going on across the way.

The hotel is very nice and upon checking in we were offered a choice between a lower or higher floor room, which I thought was a nice touch. The staff was helpful and attentive; we had no reason to complain.

Staff is very polite friendly atmosphere nice location any time I go there I am going to stay thy

It's worth every penny just for the location!! The view is great from high floor so it was worth of extra $10 per night. The overall room experience was great but not fantastic for the price. Nevertheless, I'll come back and stay here just for the hotel's location.

Only complaint was noise coming from adjacent function room, did call the front desk to complain, eventually quited down.

It was very nice and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

I stayed three night and the first night I used the coffee machine, and pick up some ice from the ice machine. Hotel housekeepers never empty the water from melted ice in the ice container, didn't refill the coffee for the coffee machine, nor the refill the soap or shampoo in the bathroom.

All th staff was eager to help us and aswer all our questions. Very well located

Southtown, Ruth Chris room service, and River Center Mall across the street shopping.

this hotel is a bit big and soulless for my taste but the gym and pool are amazing! felt like I was at an Equinox. and I liked being able to walk to the mall for a movie or get some exercise on the river walk in the morning.

Stay there twice in July. Best hotels I have stayed in a long time. Very relaxing and close to pretty much everything.

Lovely, nice view from the room. Very clean and comfortable beds. Great experience.
