Modern and spacious air-conditioned three-bedroom home with private pool, part of a small gated community consisting of only 4 homes, perched on the only small hill within the center of Samara, overlooking the wide blue Pacific Ocean, avoiding the noise and dust of the main road. The beach is 400 meters away, and the main street with restaurants, shops, and supermarkets is 450 meters away.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 3 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Our family of 4 had a wonderful experience at this house, and I would highly recommend it. The house is as advertised. Leonie was a very accommodating host. Great view and very private, yet with easy access to town.
