ÓTIMA OPÇÃO PARA ESTADIA EM GUARAJUBA

Casa excelente, confortável, bem localizada em Condomínio com boa estrutura e excelente manutenção, além de ótimo ponto da praia. Algumas críticas construtivas: a) Geladeira e cervejeira externas não atendem a contento (seria ideal a colocação de uma cervejeira grande, como existe em diversas outras casas na região nas quais nos hospedamos em outras oportunidades); b) existem câmeras nas áreas externas nas quais os hóspedes ficam durante o dia, o que retira a privacidade e pode incomodar algumas pessoas (temos casa para aluguel em condomínio de alto padrão em outro país, no qual há regra expressa de vedação de colocação de câmeras em tais áreas); c) a mangueira de irrigação da grama fica ligada durante todo o período da manhã, todos os dias, para sua manutenção. Como se trata de manutenção do jardim, e não de despesa de consumo dos hóspedes, não deveria ser cobrada como se assim o fosse; e d) no quarto de baixo a internet não funciona a contento. Elogios: a casa, no geral, é excelente e os funcionários que nos atenderam durante a estadia (caseiro, cozinheira e arrumadeira) foram extremamente atenciosos e caprichosos. Esse é um diferencial extremamente positivo. No balanço geral, nossa avaliação é positiva e a casa é, sim, uma excelente opção para nos hospedarmos novamente.

Casa linda, aconchegante, recém-reformada, muito bem equipada e mobiliada. Acomoda com conforto o número de hóspedes que se propõe. Muito bem localizada. De frente pra praia, num condomínio muito bem cuidado. Destaque para a vista incrível! Agradecimentos especiais ao caseiro Moisés e às ajudantes (Sueli e Aline), pagas a parte, que preparam uma comida deliciosa e deixam a casa sempre arrumada! Foram dias incríveis! Amamos!
