I waited in the lobby to check in. No staff was present at the front desk or office. Eventually I was able to locate a staff in a back room of the hotel. The staff proceeded to reprimand me for disturbing him during his bathroom break. He claimed at age 65 he takes awhile to potty. The window for the room had been bolted shut and the air quality in the room was terrible and dusty.

Rooms were in great condition

The room was spacious, well equipped, and relatively clean. The property looked nicer once you're inside. The area around the hotel has some rough edges. Some transients were seen loitering in the parking lot.

The room was great, nice and clean. However when we checked in we were told the pool was closed and there was no breakfast even though the website advertises a free hot breakfast. The parking lot is rough and broken asphalt. The rooms have thin walls and you can hear people talking and tv noises all the time.

Was just okay, we didn't like the beds, the linening looked dirty, towel had spots and looked really used went to my sisters to take showers. I hate how you get 1 to 2 creamers and sugar in room. The rest of the room looked clean. Looked like shady people around hotel

I was really upset that the TVs didn’t work. The manager said that the network was down which is impossible because TVs don’t work like that. Also they canceled breakfast for Covid but all the other hotels that I called and talked to said that they still had their breakfast is open. The rooms were OK but for the price that is being paid they weren’t good enough. I’ve asked for my money back but I don’t think I will get it back. I was not impressed with that place at all and would never stay there again. If you could give me my money back I would greatly appreciate it because I expect the TV when I go and stay at a hotel and pay $70 a night.

Front desk wasn't very attentive. Had to wait quite a while for someone to come up.

The only positive thing I can say about this stay is the bed was clean and comfortable. When we first showed up there were lots of shady people hanging around the doors. Our room smelled horrible, my son found gobs of hair on his towel, the pool was closed, breakfast was closed, (yeah, covid 19, everybody who wants to keep safe has now had the opportunity to be vaccinated so now its just an excuse, get over it). We were glad to get out of here. Would never stay again.

Vanity was out off the bathroom, not usual to have the vatityin the room🤔🤔

Owners were very rude.

Doors leading outside slammed tremendously loud at all hours of the night.

I like it because it is quite . Easy acess from the freeway and everyone is friendly and helpful.

I was really upset that the TVs didn’t work. The manager said that the network was down which is impossible because TVs don’t work like that. Also they canceled breakfast for Covid but all the other hotels that I called and talked to said that they still had their breakfast is open. The rooms were OK but for the price that is being paid they weren’t good enough. I’ve asked for my money back but I don’t think I will get it back. I was not impressed with that place at all and would never stay there again. If you could give me my money back I would greatly appreciate it because I expect the TV when I go and stay at a hotel and pay $70 a night.
