Living the LAKEFRONT Dream on Beaver Lake. Hot Tub!

We are Living the Dream here at Beaver Lake and we want to share it with you! We are conveniently located just 5 short miles from down town Rogers, AR where you will find a very homey down town atmosphere. We are 10 miles from down town Bentonville where you can visit the beautiful Crystal Bridges Museum , we are a scenic 40 minute drive to Historic Eureka Springs, 30 minutes from the White River Dam which offers some of the countries most incredible Rainbow and Brown Trout fly fishing. Prairie Creek Marina is only 5 minutes from our home by car, and it’s a wonderful new 10 lane boat launch, truly state of the art.
This lake front paradise has everything you need to come and relax a spell. Your hosts Missy and Steve live right up stairs and your interaction will be as much or little as you prefer, we are happy to share our favorite fishing holes and secrets as we have created our own little fishing mecca. There is only a gentle grassy slope walk down to the lake. We have provided you with fishing gear, two kayaks, paddle board, and various size life jackets, there is also an assortment of comfy floats. Please note that guests do not have access to our dock. Outside you will find a 4 x 4' fire pit with plenty of seating, fire wood for making the tastiest S'mores, you will also have access to a new propane gas grill and 50 gallon smoker for cooking. The well kept back yard is very open which is perfect for horse shoes, Frisbee, kickball, and assorted outdoor activities.

Inside there are THREE large bedrooms, Bedroom#1 has two full size beds with large walk in closet. Bedroom #2 King has a TemperPedic mattress, large closet, and ceiling fan. Bedroom #3 Two Twin over Full Bunk Beds, TV, and small board game room furnished with game table and two futons. These 3 bedrooms offer amazing comfort for sleeping 12. In addition there is a large sectional in the living room that can easily sleep 2 more! Please note that a $15 fee, per person, per day, will be applied for bookings over 6 guests. The living rooms TV is set up to watch Netflix and Hulu on the Roku, and WI FI access is included. A large hand made farm table will easily seat 10 people, so its perfect for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It is also perfect for when you and your family select one of the many board games from our game cabinet for Family game night. A small pub table, is perfect for a puzzle or to just sit and enjoy your coffee overlooking the lake view and plethora of abundant wild life. On any given day you will see deer, hummingbirds, foxes, raccoons, eagles, armadillos, and a possible stray Yorkie! (okay to pet the Yorkie, she's ours, just not the other animals) :) Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, microwave, large sink, large electric skillet with lid, oven/range, and dish service for 10. Bath and Luxury Beach Towels are provided during your stay, The full bathroom includes a shower, tub, sink, and vanity. Our home has a very welcoming vibe, and features eclectic decor including custom art painted by your host Missy.
Our quiet neighborhood is located on a cul-de-sac which is surrounded by old growth trees, walnut, oak, and pin oak which nourish your soul. We want you to feel at home, everything you need is at your finger tips, so you can relax, unwind, reach your zen, and truly be Living the Dream on Beaver Lake!
