Not good....I wasn't happy with my room...If I had not paid in advance. ..I would have left...
At check in we received a traditional key for our room which I thought was odd. Upon ariving at our room we found out that the card entry didn't work and we had been given a key to a 'Master' dead bolt lock. This made me insecure about the ability for someone else to have copied this key and could have access to our room and even us when we were sleeping. When we entered the room the a/c was turned off so we turned it on and waited for the room to cool. An hour and a half later it was still 78 so we tried to call the front desk but the phone didn't work. We therefore had to walk back to the front desk where the clerk told us that she had a fan if we would like to use it. We refused the fan and asked that someone take a look at the a/c unit and we were then informend that the room next to ours shared the same a/c and their's had to be turned on for ours to work. She said we could knock on their door and ask them to turn it on. We were able to talk her into doing it, which she agreed to do. 20 minutes later when both rooms were on it was still 77 in our room. We asked for a different room and we were moved and the air did work however the following morning when we woke up the coffee pot didn't. It was one thing after another with this weekend stay.
