Good for an overnight trip
The first room we were given wasn’t made up, but the error was quickly fixed. Everything else went smoothly.
Surprise, new policy to put a $120 hold on your card for two weeks. Also require more info than other hotels (email & phone) Small, I’ll equipped rooms, and no Wi-Fi… and sent a maintenance worker to our room by mistake, waking up young children.
Need a good cleaning. No coffee maker in rooms.
The peep hole in the door had been removable and stuffed with tissue. The tv only picked up cooking network and 2 children channels. I ask front desk about the issues and was told they don’t control the tv’s and that already knew about issue with peep hole. Can out of my room one morning and the ceiling tile I front of door was laying in the floor. I picked it up and leaned it against the wall. When I checked out it was still in the same spot.
The shower was great, beds were comfortable, bring your favorite pillow and an Air freshener. Was good size for two people. Nice for a sleepover for a couple of days.
Good experience at the hotel. Will use again. Breakfast is good.
Just a short hop and skip to the airport. Had to pick up my daughter at midnight and it isn't that far of a drive to get to the airport and I feel safe here in the middle of the night.
Everything was just as I had ordered it. Very friendly staff. Clean and up to date. Best bed I have slept in, in a long time. I will be back.

Was a nice hotel with an excellent staff. Only irritation was the planes flying over but you can only hear them in the wee morning hours after traffic dies down.
I had to leave the hotel shortly after checking in due to the smokiness of the room. Prior to my arrival, I had called and was told that a non-smoking room was available, but the lady at the desk stated that there wasn't when I checked in. I attempted to deal with it, but could not--my allergies could not handle the amount of smoke that was in that room. Also, the light in the shower was loose and the shower leaked, so I did not even attempt getting in there. However, the clerk was very nice and apologetic.
Hotel was very clean. Staff was very nice. The location was perfect for dining and shopping experiences. It was also close to the ballpark. We enjoyed our stay as well as the area and definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Rooms were really nice but the best part was the location it was next to several nice restaurants gas stations and grocery store. And only 15 min from downtown Memphis
Quiet, clean and comfortable. Throw in a nice breakfast and you made a good value choice.
