Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun! Large living area, sunroom with pullout sofa, back patio to relax in the sunshine or enjoy the fire pit. This home is renovated, professionally decorated and central to all Rehoboth Beach has to offer. Walk in town or enjoy the pool and tennis courts 100 steps from the house. Outlet shopping is a quarter mile away and the water park is next to the community. Assigned parking for two cars. 3 bedrooms/2.5 baths with sofa bed.
The beach house is 3 bedrooms/2.5 baths with community access to the pool and tennis courts only 100 steps from the house. It's located next to "Jungle Jim's" waterpark and about a 20 minute walk to the beach, 2 minute drive and Rehoboth Ave is directly across Route 1. It is a relaxing community that is family friendly. Two parking dedicated parking spaces in front of the house. Walking distance to Arena's Café and Bigfish Restaurant. The outlets for shopping are 1/4 mile north.

Overall the stay was good, however, I was not used to the home not supplying the linen, towels and toiletries, therefore we were unprepared! However, the manager was kind enough to have towels and linens delivered on the first night of our stay.
