Situation de rêve au bord d'une route très bruyante.

Propriétaire très réactif et attentionné. Situation erronée sur le site abritel. Position à 1 km de la réalité. ..au bord de la départementale dont on souhaitait eviter les nuisances sonores . Il n'est pas normal de devoir payer la location pour connaître sa situation précise. Le logement en lui même est correct .on peut regretter la faible isolation avec létage occupé. Peu ou pas de produits de 1ere nécessité bien utile quand on arrive mais une bouteille de mousseux offerte par le propriétaire. Literie abîmée réparée par le propriétaire. La proximité de la route avec les accélérations des motos rend les séjours et repas sur la terrasse peu reposants. La proximité de la plage et du rayol accessibles à pied est un confort inestimable. Paysage de rêve avec une nature luxuriante et une mer chaude et limpide.

Das Objekt war ideal für 2 Personen und renoviert. Die Ausstattung ist gut und vollständig. Die Lage ist gut, man kann den Strand, das Meer und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut zu Fuß erreichen. Allerdings liegt das Objekt, oberhalb einer befahrenen Küsten-Strasse.

Un séjour magnifique !

Nous venons de passer 15 jours dans la location proposée par M. et Mme PONS et nous en gardons un souvenir magnifique. Tout était parfait. Le temps, le site et... la location. Le Rayol est un village qui a su garder son authenticité et qui n'est par sur-urbanisé. Les paysages y sont magnifiques et les plages sont tranquilles. Les chemins de balade ne manquent pas et Il y a de quoi faire. Nous avons même déniché une cantine à 18 euros le déjeuner (café-brasserie Le Maurin des Maures) où la nourriture est exquise et le personnel sympa. De la propriété, vous aurez une vue magnifique sur les îles. Notre appartement était très bien équipé et climatisé. Juste un bémol sur l'annonce qui est un peu confuse car les trois appartements sont mélangés dans la même annonce et cela peut prêter à confusion. N'hésitez pas à contacter les propriétaires pour obtenir plus de précisions. Ils sont charmants, avenants, sympathiques et d'une grande générosité. Mon épouse et moi-même avons rarement eu affaire à des gens aussi gentils et il n'y a jamais de problèmes avec eux. Allez y sans crainte !!!
