Our studio unit has the lakeside view of Lake Wakatipu. It was very convenient to have a full kitchen and washer/dryer for our 4 nights stay. The place is very near and walkable to the Central Business District. Very quiet too.

The hotel was incredibly nice. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable and the view of the lake was amazing. Just a few minutes walking distance to all the wonderful restaurants and bars in Queenstown. I’d highly recommend staying here.
Great that it was new and shining - I felt like the staff was very new and uncertain about some basic things about the area. Also there was no hair CONDITIONER which I was very disappointed in.
Staffs are very friendly and helpful. But this hotel opened just few weeks ago and the entire building, literally everywhere within/outside this hotel, smells like paint and plastic-y. My eyes got irritated and skins got rash. Also, many parts are still working-on. You can basically hear drilling-sound so often. It has great location but needs some time to function properly as an accommodation.
