The staff did an excellent job and was friendly. Nimrod was great at check-in. It does have a nice split where Premium guests can have a quiet area on the beach or you can go to a busier, louder pool. The problems were we were in a villa ocean front room, which has amazing views. However, 3 nights in a row there were theme nights or a private party. The private party was so loud the closet doors rattled in my room. It went on from 8pmm to 11pm. The other issue is the main buffet can't handle the number of guests and is really limited in options. Lines would be 30 people long waiting to get food. We've been to 8 other resorts in Punta Cana and never encountered such long lines.

Professional and friendly staff. They did everything to make us feel like home. Our butler was Ana, who followed up everyday to ensure that we have everything aligned to have a great vacation time. Ezequiel, the Premiun manager is on top of every single detail to manage his amazing team in most effective way for the wellness and happiness of the customers. Best vacation time ever!!!! Thank you All the Impressive Primiun Team!!!!!!!

This experience was overall disappointing. Most of the staff was not qualified to provide good customer service. Most were not friendly and some were actually rude. Having stayed at several All-Inclusive Resorts, this was definitely poor quality. Food was poor to say the least. I would not be go back. Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback.

The food was a joke. The names on the menu sounded fabulous and when the food came was super dissapointing. Be aware of that. We could not use the beach because it was full of gulfweed and the smell was terrible. Everyday there was someone new to try and sell you something (excursions, art, memberships, etc). The room was spacious but we wanted a more colder room to sleep. The ac wasnt working properly. The shower was slippery. Curtains were dirty. Sometimes the housekeeper didnt clean the room.

I have stayed at this resort prior to my recent one. My first stay: 5 starts. This stay: 3 stars. The staffing was low due to COVID I’m sure which is fine but the attitude of some of the staff was not. When I first visited this resort the staff was a pleasure to interact with. This visit we encountered some less than impressive staff members. Don’t get me wrong, there were still some staff members that were great but there were far more that were not. From my last experience, I was aware that premium members were to have robes and a stocked mini-bar. I called and requested that we have that provided to our room the next cleaning and were told repeatedly that it would happen but after 5 calls, in person requests and 8 days at the resort we did not receive any of this. We also felt like we were being harassed daily to do excursions or to buy stuff. I don’t know about anyone else but when I go on vacation I don’t want to be bothered daily to buy things or excursions. We did do a few excursions and all of which were to be “all-inclusive” with alcoholic drinks included according to description (and I’ve done the excursions before so I remembered from last time). When we got to the one they said no alcohol was there but this was not something they disclosed to us so we did not show up prepared. They told us it had something to do with a law in place until June but another excursion had plenty of alcohol to offer everyone.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our favorite bartender Juan made the trip a blast!

I liked the fact that it was a little smaller, very easy to get around. The food and drinks were awesome.

Not Alot Of entertainment

I recommend that no one waste their money staying here. The hotel entertainment that they advertise they don’t do. I checked in on Wednesday and they didn’t have any activities until Saturday night. The food was terrible. They fully stocked mini fridge consists of 2 bottles of water, one soda, and 2 coors light cans. One of the nights I came back to my room and one of the cans was missing, another night they left the mop in my room. The people in the lobby selling excursions are pushy and rude. Overall a horrible experience!!! I’m so sad that my experience was this bad. I was looking forward to my trip and it was nothing but disappointment. The locals are so desperate to make money that you don’t get to enjoy peacefully without someone in your face trying to sell you something.

Beach and pool and Rafael service the restaurant so good

Bathroom in room never flushed right entire week altho they worked on it, used bathrooms away from room. Restaurants were just OK. Beaches were great, 3 hr party tour on boat w/snorkeling was fun. Shopping at resort and surrounding stores was good too.

Best hotel. Miss Julia Roberts was an amazing host

I read so many reviews on this resort. Most were good with a few bad sprinkled in, but that’s pretty typical for any resort. The resort is “4 stars” we went for it. I have no idea how it got that rating or why others are so happy with this place. First of all, the “premium” check in was a joke. We got to the resort at 4 pm. It took at least an hour and a half for check in. It was a room with a small desk and three computers with loud employees everywhere. This room also had a bar and a restaurant in it. It is too small of a space for all of it. When we finally got to our room at 530 pm and headed straight for the pool only to learn that it closes at 6. That is ridiculously early. Good luck getting a pool chair because they are all covered by other people’s towels and you aren’t sure who is actually there or not. The premium pool is nice and Juan the bartender is amazing. Premium guest only amenities aren’t enforced resort wide. It was really just a waste of money for an upgrade we never got. The restaurants were mostly in one building that was split up to make 3 different areas. These were small Al a cart restaurants that you needed to make reservations for. The food was not good. The fish was overcooked every single time I tried it. The steak is more of a roast than it is steak. The portions are tiny. I had to give my husband half of my meal because he only got 4 raviolis as his main dish. The beach is beautiful but again good luck finding a chair.
