Great place!

We love staying at the ICON, and this has been our favorite condo so far! The listing description was accurate, and there was good communication. We cook meals often and were very impressed with the kitchen options, plenty of pans, mixing bowls and utensils for our party of 8. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo

I stayed here with 5 of my girlfriends and we had the most amazing time! The condo offers the most beautiful views of the ocean on all ends! Wrap around patio where every room has a view of the ocean and one room with a view of the city and marina. Cruise ships pull in and dock right at the marina and the view is spectacular. Margarita left the place spotless for us and everything was very clean. Every room was set up very nice and neat. The pool was clean and quiet, not a lot of kids running around. The beach was extremely clean and the service was great. We did not want to leave this place! Definitely recommend booking if you’re looking for a pristine condo that offers the most amazing views!

The view is simply outstanding! Clean and beautiful condo. We Ubered to Walmart and other places, but there are some walkable places nearby. Krystelle’s communication is excellent. Would definitely recommend!

Epic Views!

Epic views! You know you made the right choice when the elevator opens to your private 23 floor with the most fantastic views from every room! Super spacious & fully furnished with comfy yet stylish furniture & artwork throughout. Huge TV in the main room, good internet connection & speed for remote working from the balcony to enjoy the killer views of the coastline below. Massive clean pool with multiple covered beds or chairs to lounge around, and 3 hot tubs always monitored by security. The beach itself has a roped off area with padded chairs & bar services from friendly servers. The ocean itself was a bit too cold with some big waves while we were visiting in April, but some brave souls still ventured out to swim in their roped off area. The weather was a perfect high 70s & low 80s with zero rain the entire week we stayed, and lots of delicious nearby restaurants to enjoy! Would highly recommend booking this excellent property for your next trip to paradise!

We spent a week in this beautiful condo with our three adult kids and their partners. It was perfect for our group of 7. The condo was very clean, the bedrooms and common areas are very spacious and the views are spectacular.

Beautiful home and stunning views!

The location is excellent. Quick cab to zona romantica or downtown. Quick cab to the marina. But lots of amenities nearby including jet skis and banana boat rides just outside the beach area. The pools are fantastic. The beach is great. We never fought for a front row set of chairs. The service is a little wonky and you have to prepay an Icon card to order drinks. So that was the only thing to really flag. But the beds are so comfortable and the views are fantastic. A great space for 6-8 people! Highly recommend!

Amazing 4 bedroom Penthouse with VIEWS !!!

We usually go to Cabo, but we were blown away by this place. The views as seen on pictures do not do this condo justice. Hosts were great and very accessible. Condo had everything you would want. Pool - 2 very large pools. One 4ft, one is 2ft. Never had to fight for chairs at pool or beach. Hot tubs - only allow 18+ which is one thing we didn’t like Beach - perfect location and great for boogie boarding Food at restaurant was very good but food only available for breakfast and then 1pm to 6pm. Grocery store is less than 5 minutes walk. Can get Uber Eats and Grocery delivery very easily. Balcony is basically 3 sides of the building so always have amazing view, shade, sun, and etc Condo is located next to cruise ship terminal so we loved watching the ships come and go. We hung out on the balcony every morning and evening. This is a great place for a nice quiet family trip. Plan to come back every year.

Gorgeous Condo, Incredible Views, Wonderful Location!

My first impression of this beautiful spot was the spaciousness and open feeling bringing in the outside views from all angles! Loved the huge wraparound deck that gave us different glimpses to the city, marina and ocean. The rooms were very spacious and well appointed and the beds were amazing! I haven't slept that well in a long time! Very easy to get cabs to the old town, it was a bit of a ride but nice to not be in the heart of the party. So quiet and didn't feel overly touristy. The staff were all so friendly! Krystelle was so pleasant and communicative right from the start. We had a wonderful, but far too short, week at Krystelle's condo and would go back in a heart beat!!

February Vacation

I have rented condos 4 times in Puerto Vallarta and this one was the nicest by far. The views from the wrap around deck on the 23rd floor were amazing. Furniture was perfect for a week long vacation. Very convenient for grocery shopping and going downtown. Would definitely rent this place again. Perfect for 6 people - 4 bedroom and each bedroom had it's own bath.

Beautiful views in a secure building

The views, wow, the views! They where amazing from every room and part of the balcony. Nothing in the way, just ocean, coastline, and mountains! The place itself was very well put together and comfortable too. We were a group of 2 couples and 2 friends and it fit us perfect, they arranged a chef and also helped us book a UTV tour which both where great. Overall a beautiful place for the money, would stay here again if I came back to PV! Thanks for having us!

Getaway in Puerto Vallarta

Krystelle's unit was everything we expected it to be. The views were spectacular from every bedroom. There was a hurricane coming the day we arrived, but we were assured that we would be safe. Unfortunately all the patio furniture had to be removed from the outside area, but it was still a great stay. The amenities and location were also a plus, as there is a well stocked grocery store within walking distance. Definitely recommend staying here and would love to stay here again!
