It is a nice and affordable place, there's a few details that might bother some people I believe some other things compensate those little flaws. One of them might be if you're someone who's looking to wake up late everyday, try to request a room away from the street. A Church is right aside and they call to mass very early in the morning. Other than that the personel is very friendly and responsive to any request, the beds are comfy and the location is very convenient.

Avoid this hotel

This was an awful experience. I booked a budget room, big mistake. Those rooms do not have windows outside, just on the interior corridor. When I arrived, they gave me a room behind the reception and next to the washroom - horrible! I could hear everyone talking in the reception, people using the washroom, the cleaning lady starting mopping before 7am, felt the smoke of cigarettes. The following day I asked for a different room and they moved me upstairs- still no window outside, and moldy bathroom, but less noise. Photos online are misleading. Plenty of better hotels for similar prices.

The worst place to stay, no hot water at all no fan in room no air conditioning and the eorst part was the safety unsecured windows flimsy doors, at 2 am a man went rampaging through the place banging on all the doors and yelling, he kept yjis up for half an hour and eventuslly smashed open a door yhen I heard yelling from a lady and the man kept yelling, I was traumatized and thought he was going to break into my room, absolutely the worst possible place to stay, not safe, not comfortable, not quiet, not relaxing it should not be a hotel

The hotel was not very secure. Mickey Mouse lock on the door and having 3 young guys with head to toe tatoos knock on the door and just eyeball the room and walk away had quite a restless night. Booked for 7 nights, stayed for 1 and the hotel refused to refund the balance. Stay away!

Great little hotel, beside Parque Hidalgo, and a church. Close to shopping, restaurants, buses and taxis, and ocean 2 blocks away. Clean room, with balcony, great shower. The church bells, which we were already aware of, start around 6:00 am, but you get used to them after a couple of months. LOL. First time here, won't be the last.

Basic hotel for people that are not fussy.

I don't require fancy things. This hotel is basic, but the location was very good. It's close to Ley supermarket, the Malecon, restaurants, etc. It's beside a church. Bring earplugs for the church bells, otherwise you might not be able to sleep. I would stay there again.
