Overall,this house was exactly what we needed. You do need a car as this is about 20 ish minutes from downtown.There are no TVs in any rooms except for living room. I didn’t know it so I just want to let you know ahead of time for those traveling with kids or elders that plan to stay in the room more. The private pool was a great addition, only a few broken tiles at the bottom were an issue, one scratched up a toe but overall the depth was amazingly deep and enjoyable . We had no problems with our neighbors except can be a little questionable at times as people in his neighborhood like to be outside, but just keep in mind for you are in the middle of the locals, not a bad thing, but just to be mindful that you are submerged in the culture. They had a corner store and a local market right around the corner. The kitchen is very minimal, I think out of everything this may be our “biggest complaint” if you will but nothing major , since we like to cook all the time and we found it very difficult since there was so little utensils, pans, dishes ,bowls etc to work with. We had a minor issue with AC remote and the dryer , but the property manager is quick to reply and send help. Internet could be faster..We did lose an AirPod, it was found by the cleaning crew and the property manager is nice enough to offer to ship it back. Overall, beautiful and welcoming house. Room AC’s work great. Charcoal bbq worked like a dream. Don’t judge a house by its cover.This one will surprise you!
