This newly decorated private condominium is located in a historic building within a very modern part of the city, which makes your stay special and unique. Have all the modern conveniences that you are accustomed too, while enjoying a taste of real Mexico with its architecture and design. Casita Tranquila has its own private entrance encompassed by healthy green foliage.

Casita Tranquila is located down stairs as it is a ground level unit. There is available access to two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and an enclosed, unique galley kitchen. This outdoor, covered kitchen is enclosed and can only be accessed from inside the unit. The bedrooms are of a generous size and are sufficient for a comfortable stay. You can also enjoy mountain and partial ocean views from the main buildings rooftop terrace. A reminder to guests is that they should be as quiet as possible when walking upstairs to the rooftop terrace as to no disturb other guests and owners of the building.

Casita Traquila is located on Manuel M. Dieguez street east in Zona Romantica (Emiliano Zapata), Puerto Vallarta. This is a concentrated area of restaurants, bars, art galleries, Los Muertos Beach and Lazaro Cardenas Park are close by. Although Zona Romantica is the most sought after area to visit in Puerto Vallarta, this location is situated quietly just out of the action. This leaves guests to enjoy a more authentic, historic building nestled in a small portion of a jungle like atmosphere. Convenience has finally met its match at in Authenticity, at Casita Tranquila.

Getting around couldn't be easier given the location of Casita Traquila. Walking only minutes west, down Basilio Badillo street, you will find everything you need as far as food, drinks, medical, restaurants and bars. If walking is not a preference, contacting Uber or a taxi would be more than practical.

This property is located at the top of the hill on Manuel M. Dieguez street. There are steps up and down. This property would not be suitable for guests that have physical disabilities; because there are quite a few steps to climb up and down to get to this condominium. This condominium is well-secured, with a wrought iron gate and secure entry is gained by a lock box, which guests would have access to. We are pleased to offer self check-in.

Guests are permitted 30 kw/per day of electricity with their stay. This is an ample amount. What drives the price of electricity up is over using air conditioning. It is strongly recommend that the guest turns the Air conditioning off when they are not in the unit. It would be greatly appreciated if guests used the air condition in the rooms they are using and not the others. If the guests turn the AC off when they not in the unit, they will not be charged any overages because that usually will suffice for their permitted usage. Obviously leaving it on all day would result in charges. Any towels, facecloths, sheets, bedding permanently stained by make up, blood, coffee, wine, etc, will be charged for.
