>A $518 MXN pesos per night (not per person) resort fee will be charged at the security front desk upon arrival. This resort fee is additional and independent of Maxwell Residences.

>All renters and guests must present identification upon arrival and wear an Indah wristband for access.

>This unit has a maximum occupancy of 8, with additional fees applied after 6 guests.

>Pets are allowed for an additional fee.

>Bringing your own drinks, alcohol, food, or portable speakers to the pool areas is prohibited.

>Visitors are not permitted in common areas. Only registered guests can make use of the amenities.

>A USD $500 security deposit on your credit card will be requested when you check in and will be released after the team inspects the property at your departure

>Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere in the building or units

>Quiet hours after 11pm. No noise on the balcony at any time. Violations of rules will lead to removal from the property.

This property is located at the Indah by Sayan Condo in the Conchas Chinas neighbourhood.



Directions:

-Head south on Highway 200

-Turn right on Calle Santa Barbara

-Then take an immediate short left turn down the hill. To your right you will approach the Indah building entrance.

Take the street outside Indah, and follow it down for about 200mts and turn right. This is a Public Beach.
