Disliked: Cleanliness
This is a very nice condo. It is wonderfully situated for everything going on in old town.HOWEVER, when I got there, I noticed a number of things that were simply just not clean. There was dried food, including jelly on the floor. The towels were disgusting. Even things like the faucet in the kitchen showed signs that it hadn’t even had a cursory wipe down in a long time. Please don’t get me wrong, many areas were clean. There were things that probably fall within the items that should be thoroughly cleaned every single time that fell through the cracks.I messaged the property manager and told them of many of the problems and that I was having to clean the condo and wash & bleach towels. What I got in return was a pat on the head and words to the effect of sorry to hear that. There was no offer to send anyone to come and finish the cleaning. There was no offer to bring different towels. I’ve provided pictures here so you can see. I cleaned the dirty aspects of the condo myself. I also purchased a grease cutting laundry detergent and bleach. I washed the towels four times to get a couple of them clean enough to use. There are before and after pictures.If I was the owner of this condo, I would definitely want to know about this. The condo is very nice and once cleaned, I thoroughly enjoyed staying there. But the property management people fell flat on their face as far as I’m concerned. They did nothing to help alleviate the situation.
