I recently spent my birthday at this hotel while traveling to Puebla, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel looks just as pictured—if not even nicer. The staff were very kind and helpful, especially Sandra and Alex, Elinea who went out of their way to give us directions and great recommendations on where to go. Their hospitality really made the stay special. I would definitely come back and spend more time here

The hotel building is very beautiful as it is decorated with Talavera in a colonial style. It has elevator which was very helpful because with people on wheelchair. The people was very helpful and provided us all the attention to have a great stay in Puebla. Totally recommended!

Gorgeous building, beautiful room, super clean, great staff and breakfast was delicious in the wonderful courtyard. Rooftop area was fab, even if it was off season and the bar wasn't open.

Hotel is very nice but a recent change in ownership meant they were short staffed - buffett breakfast hotelwebsite & Expedia mentions on weekends doesn't exist, bar closed - something we were excited to visit. First room AC not working but the pleasant, helpful staff moved us to a new room . Very comfortable and clean.

Perfect place from which to explore Puebla

We stayed 2 nights in Puebla at the Casa Azulai and found it to be well beyond our expectations. The building is beautifully designed around an old Spanish era premises with the internal courtyard just perfect for relaxing with coffee before the day began or with a drink in the early evening. Our room was large and very comfortable. The location was perfect for us to explore Puebla - easy walking distance to all the central historic area - especially the amazing ceramic workshops and nearby markets. The staff were very helpful and we felt very looked after. We hope to return again.

Vasa Azulái is a beautiful hotel Boutique in downtown Puebla. The hotel is charming and beautifully decorated! Personnel is very helpful and prompt to attend any request! Gustavo was super friendly helped me locate a beauty salon near the hotel, even by going and aski g them how much they charged.
