Living Room Glass Doors open to Back Porch overlooking Large Brick in-lay / Concrete Patio with Inground Pool, Pool House with Changing Rooms and Toilet. (Pool is not heated-It’s covered w/solar thermal for Sun Warmth). Large Fully Fenced Backyard with Wooded Backdrop offering Seclusion and Privacy. Electric & Wood Fire-pits, Barbeque Grill. Outdoor Lighting, Pool seating. Pool Open May 1st-Sept 30th, some weekly maintenance needed. Pet Friendly with additional fee (s). Located 10 minutes to Major Shopping, Highways, Colleges and Hospitals. Close to Beacon, Poughkeepsie, Rhinebeck, an hour to the Catskills, and approx 90mins from NYC.
