You can access the back patio where you'll find a fenced yard with an outdoor table, adirondack chairs and a charcoal grill.


As you ascend the stairs to the upper level, you’ll be greeted by dramatic high ceilings and a fashionable living room with a large sofa, two recliners and an HDTV. The dining space offers a custom dining table with four chairs and a bench. The fully stocked kitchen boasts plenty of space to create your most delicious culinary specialties.

This unit rents for a full week during the holidays (Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years)

Watermelon Punch is a non smoking unit, and is pet friendly for an additional fee. (dogs only please) Bookings through a third party site (VRBO), will have this fee added onto your reservation at the office.

Bring your furry friends along! This pet-friendly property warmly welcomes dogs for an additional fee of $100 per dog (maximum of two). Breed approval required—contact the office for details.
