It is conveniently located between Port St. Joe and Mexico Beach. Beautiful, picturesque beach for shell collection, fishing, crabbing or to get some fun in sun. Kick-off your flip-flops and relax on the patio watching the mesmerizing sunset in the beach. Kids or adults looking for smores, use our firepit and unwind in the Adirondack chairs watching the sunset. So many options in one place! “Footprints in the sand” is a brand new home in most sought after windmark beach community with awesome amenities creating the perfect spot for your next vacation. It will be best vacation home for the next time you visit Florida’s Gulf Coast.

Guests have access to complete kitchen to spend quality cooking time with family, or grill in the patio. High speed WIFI internet available all the time. Minutes away from community pool which has bar/food available on weekends feels like resort style with playground for kids entertainment. With a winding path along the beachfront, you can enjoy a bike or walk with beautiful scenery. Restaurant (View on Old 98)/Pizza/Minimart/Gym – all available within the community. Sufficient seating and sleeping space for the whole group to relax comfortably.

Master bedroom has a king bed, chest, in-suite bathroom with soaking tub, walk-in closet, double vanity sink, standalone shower. Enjoy a peaceful evening in the bed and watch the sunset right from the master bedroom. Second features queen bed along with bench and separate closet with a beach view. Third bedroom also features queen bed, chest, separate closet. Fourth bedroom features twin over full bunk bed, dresser/mirror and separate closet. The full hall bathroom features double sinks and a shower/tub combination. No stairs inside the house, every room on same level so wheelchair friendly. Laundry room features in suite washer/dryer. Enclosed garage and driveway can easily park atleast 6 cars. Beach chairs, wagon, board games, corn hole and pool toys can be used by guests.

The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.

Room for improvement

Clean accommodations. Kitchen not well furnished. No internet/tv first 24 hrs. Huge outside electric transformer in front yard. No beach towels. Approx 10 min walk to beach.

The property had a huge telecommunications vault in front of the house that was terribly ugly, loud, and not pictured. The house had bare minimums in supplies and missing things many VRBO houses have. It was clean- though the cleaners were there at check-in and we weren’t able to check in until 5, even though our time was 4. The location is great and the house is nice, otherwise.

House was beautiful , location was great. Was disappointed there were not extra trash bags and things to use for cooking at the house. Overall we had a great visit.

Great area, front yard eye sore

The stay was great! The area was perfect for a family with children. The beach is walkable with a group and small children. The pool was realistically not walkable with 3 children under 5. We chose to drive to the pool to carry all necessary personal items and people. The beach was quiet and spacious while the pool was more crowded but very family friendly. The main negative was that pictures and description was less than honest about the large structure in the front yard. While it didn’t impact our stay, it was not communicated and it was less than picturesque.
