400 sqft walk-in basement suite with a separate entrance in the beautiful Ioco area of Port Moody.
3 minutes walk to the Bus stop and 10 minutes bus drive to the sky train station. 30 minutes drive to Downtown Vancouver.
Very close to Old Orchard Beach. Five minutes drive to Belcarra Bay and Sasamat Lake., one of the warmest lakes in Greater Vancouver. The beach is close to sunbathing, swimming or simply sitting and enjoying the view of the water. If not the beach, there are lots of trails and lakes for hiking or swimming.
Close to Shopping centres, movie theatres, parks and restaurants to spend lots of quality and joyful time.
Or enjoy the vast private, fenced and peaceful backyard where you can have your coffee or relax and listen to the birds.

Bright and charming stay for a great price

The accommodations are as nice as they appear in the listing. Comfortable bed and upscale neighborhood near large park are a few of the other perks. Lovely people to deal with. The only thing to be potentially prepared for is if the room adjacent is being occupied then you can hear everything due to the locked door that separates the rooms. I wear earplugs so it was not a problem. Highly recommend.

Nice but short on amenities

Good location in Port Moody. Lots of walking trails. Accommodating hosts. Very basic kitchen supplies. Could be aired out more often. Pictures for property 2514855 seem to be a mix of an upper and lower suite.

Nice but noisy.

This was a kind host and almost complete suite. Kitchen amenities for cooking almost there. Owners up very late 1-2am and can be heard easily while trying to sleep. Otherwise good stay.

Basic but good value

The location had a good bus service into Moody Centre. Accommodation booked at the time was one room, so listing then is not the same as what is listed now. It was somewhat quirky as regards to what was supplied, eg kitchen stuff you couldn't use (my booking did not have a kitchen) but only one mug and no teaspoons. Hopefully the non-working sockets and bathroom sink plug will be fixed for next visitor and if a hairdryer is to be supplied it would be a good idea to put in one that works. Having said that, the hosts were friendly and communicative, the location was very good and I felt that the price I paid for my booking represented value for money.

Great place to relax!

Beautiful location! Very close to water. Upscale safe neighborhood. Beautiful backyard. Room was exactly as described. Owner is very responsive and did everything to accommodate our requests.
