One of the highlights of this property is its prime location on the water. Guests can enjoy breathtaking views of the water from the expansive decks, which are perfect for relaxing or entertaining. And with two boat slips equipped with a boat lift, guests can easily bring their own boats or rent nearby and explore the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
The house is conveniently located in Port Isabel, a charming coastal town known for its scenic beauty and historic landmarks. Whether you want to spend your days fishing, kayaking, or simply relaxing on the beach, there's something for everyone here.
NOTE:
Additional information will be required to such as our rental agreement which includes guest name and ages prior to arrival. We will also require a copy of the primary guest drivers license (front and back). An email MUST be provided on our outside Airbnb platform. Any damages that are incurred during the visit are responsible by the guest. A fully refundable $1,500 deposit per stay will be collected from our outside platform. This deposit will be a temporary hold on your card. Our minimum age requirement is 25 years of age or older.
If your dates are during March an the thinning of April, we welcome families and retreats. We DO NOT allow rentals to “Spring Breakers” which is high school/college aged kids. Our rule is STRICTLY enforced. Spring Breakers will face immediate eviction without a refund.
For Spring Break/Semana Santa all guest must follow and comply by our rules.
We do provide a small package which is a two rolls of toilet paper, trash can liner, ad a roll of paper towels. We do have a dollar general a couple of streets away from the home for any additional toiletries.

Lots of room
Our group was fairly diverse--some wanted to relax and enjoy a quiet visit, and others wanted to fish, swim, and play. This house was good for everyone. It was clean and spacious, allowing different groups to enjoy themselves without crowding. The night fishing was fun, and early mornings and evenings on the deck(s) were great.

Best experience!
The rental was clean and felt like home. Service was excellent, host was very helpful and open to assist in anything that was needed. No problems with the house, everything worked great. Fishing was great, my kids had a blast! Definitely will go back in the future.
