Located in Crystal Beach enjoy incredible views from the spacious covered deck and spend the evening playing ping pong, cornhole and yard games under the expansive covered patio! No detail was spared; this home features an a bunk room for the kids all while giving adults 2 private bedrooms to relax! Wake up and your coffee with a view!

Living area: Entering the home you will find a open concept living/kitchen area great for entertaining w/ Smart TV! Seating at the kitchen island for 10; living room seating available for 11; 2 full size couches, 2 chairs, and 3 stools overlooking the ocean.

Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen; pots/pans, baking sheets, blender, crockpot, toaster, plates, bowls, silverware and cooking utensils.

Coffee bar: Coffee maker for drip coffee; coffee grounds/filters provided as well as a Nespresso machine- pods included with each stay. Coffee bar serves as storage for puzzles, games, and books!

Master Bedroom: King size bed w/ Smart TV, all linens provided! Closet w/hangers available for use. Private balcony off the master bedroom with great views! Beach towels can be found in Master Bedroom closet.

Master Bathroom En suite: Towels provided; shampoo/conditioner/soap provided in dispenser in shower!

Bunk room: 2 full size beds, 2 twin beds- sleeps 6! Smart TV; life-size connect 4 and plenty of room for boards games and puzzles!

Guest Room: Queen size bed w/ Smart TV, all linens provided! Closet w/ hangers available for use!

Guest Bathroom: Located off the main hallway; easy access for both guest room and bunk room! Towels provided; shampoo/conditioner/soap provided in dispenser in shower!

Laundry: Full size washer/dryer located in guest bathroom. Laundry pods provided for use during stay.

Shed/downstairs living: Shed is stocked with beach chairs, toys, wagon and games! Ping pong table will be stored in shed but can be pulled out to use under patio area if desired!

Fish cleaning station/grilling area: Fully functional sink to clean off fish! Charcoal grill will be stored in the shed but will need to be pulled out for use- shelves for cooking utensils; lighter fluid and utensils provided.

Note: Outdoor security cameras are installed for additional guest safety; located downstairs covering Bay 1 and Bay 2 as well as stairway access. The Smart Hub that gives power to the cameras is located inside and gives power to the cameras and allows for app/remote access on both devices. (This is not a recording device, only a sync module-located behind coffee bar)
