"The facility and food were amazing! The staff were so friendly, knowledgeable, kind and helpful as well. Our room was nice and clean. It was definitely worth the upgrade of rooms to the Privilege side of the resort. The ONLY thing we were unhappy with was the huge amounts of sargassum seaweed on the beaches and the smell it created. The resort was doing they best they could to control it, but it’s amounts were excessive and I’m not sure there was more they could do. Just disappointing for a beach vacation."
