The property has an independent entrance, private parking and a splendid swimming pool open from mid April to late October. You can enjoy the enchanting sunsets on Stromboli from the large panoramic terrace owned exclusively by Sunset Penthouse furnished with lounge, large dining table and sun loungers. Cool off with the mountain view shower and prepare tasty barbecues.

Communication with host, Francesco, was good - clear arrival instructions, kindly arranged transfer from train station for us, and regularly messaged to ensure all was well. The apartment is spacious, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, lots of hot water and shower pressure! Very clean. Quiet and we felt very safe. Nice sea view from kitchen, living room and the amazing large rooftop terrace where we enjoyed morning coffee in the sun and sunsets. Walking distant to historic centre - although it is downhill - which means an uphill walk upon return! (seasonal tuk tuks were not operating in April when we were there) - good selection of restaurants, cafes, and amazing Tartufo, and the beach. Good location for day trips to the various resort towns within an hour or two drive from Pizzo (you need to rent a car at the Lamezia Terme Airport - no rental places in Pizzo). Car also recommeded for going to the grocery store (can walk but about 20 minutes each way). Overall, we had a relaxing 10 day stay in Francesco's apartment in Pizzo, Calabria after a busy 14-day tour of Sicily. Thanks for sharing your lovely apartment, Francesco!

Great location with all amenities...property exactly as displayed in pictures...the only item I may have missed is that there is a clothes washing machine. Rosella was a great help with some local food recommendations.

Pizzo is delightful

My first time in Calabria and I had a car which allowed me to travel around the entire region. This location was perfect for me. Once I figured out how the streets flowed in Pizzo I could get downtown in minutes plus it was only 7 kilometers to the highway. Quiet area with a spectacular view. I would stay here again absolutly.

Hermoso lugar. Rosselle quien nos atendio, fue un amor y atenta a lo que necesitabamos. El departamento es muy amplio, comodo, super limpio y no hace falta nada para cocinar. El area de asador es muy linda con una vista hermosa. Sin duda volveremos pronto. Valio la pena ♡

Fräsch lägenhet med fantastisk utsikt!

Vi hade verkligen fina dagar i vackra Pizzo med omnejd. Vi åkte på utflykter till Tropea, Scilla och Sicilien vilket är möjligt om du har bi,l vilket jag rekommenderar. Lägenheten var ren och fräsch och det fanns allt det vi behövde. Det bästa var den trevliga balkongen och den stora terassen med fantastiskt utsikt över havet. Grillmöjligheter på terassen var trevligt. Stor pool fanns tillgänglig för oss som gäster i området vilket var uppskattat. Gratis parkering precis utanför lägenheten var väldigt smidigt. Det fanns en välsorterad matbutik ca 7 minuter med bil från boendet. Jag upplevde kommunikationen med värden något bristfällig i början vilket gjorde mig orolig då det kunde dröja flera dagar innan jag fick svar på mina frågor. Men det kanske bara var jag som ville ha information för tidigt i processen. Efter kontakt med kundsupporten fick jag dock svar från värden. Det visade sig att mina meddelande hamnat i skräpkorgen. Det blev lättare att kommunicera därefter. Jag rekommenderar varmt att hyra denna lägenhet i vackra Pizzo och återvänder gärna!

Underbara Borgonovo!

Vi har bott på Borgonovo minst 10 ggr. Helt perfekt sommarboende med härlig terass & underbar pool! Bekvämt med både tvätt & diskmaskin. Lagom promenad ner genom mysiga gränder till härliga piazzan i Pizzo. Vi kommer tillbaka!

Des vacances pleines d’authenticité

Appartement parfait, propre et très agréable. Pizzo est une localité pleine de charme et d’authenticité. Un grand choix de restaurants et … de glaciers (ne pas manquer le célèbre Tartufo, spécialité de la ville). Une voiture est nécessaire pour parcourir ce coin d’Italie du sud qui ravira le voyageur en recherche d’authenticité, au risque de me répéter. Personnellement, elle me manque déjà !

Es war eine sehr schöne gepflegte Unterkunft. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr nett, sie stand uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Herzlichen Dank an Rosella. Einzig die Lage mit der Autobahn oberhalb und der Bahnschiene unterhalb ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber entspricht der Lagebeschreibung.

Toll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit traumhafter Dachterrasse und Meerblick

Die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Auf der Dachterrasse und am Balkon kann man einen tollen Meerblick genießen. Die Vermieterin, Rosella, hilft ist sehr nett und bemüht und hilft stets mit Tipps und Ratschlägen. Für eine kurze Erfrischung zwischendurch ist der Pool am Gelände wunderbar. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Ein großartiges Appartment mit einer super freundlichen Vermieterin

Wir haben die Zeit in Pizzo sehr genossen. Das Appartment war sehr sauber und wirklich mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Dachterrasse ist großartig und der Blick zum Meer inklusive Sonnenuntergang ist wunderschön. Die Vermieterin ist super hilfsbereit und freundlich. Der Check-in und Check-out war super unkompliziert und wir haben noch jede Menge Infos und Tipps bekommen. Der Pool ist sehr schön und es gab immer genügend Liegen. Die Unterkunft und der Ort sind wirklich zu empfehlen!
