Shell Beach home designed to maximize beach / ocean views with multiple indoor / outdoor living spaces.  This home has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Single level ranch style home with separate master suite from other bedrooms and office. Amenities included: central air, central heat, deck, dishwasher, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, updated kitchen, updated bathroom, heated towel racks, butler's pantry, washer/dryer, fire pit, hot tub, ping pong table, cornhole, outside shower, and yard. The home has 1 SmartTV and WiFi. There are no cable channels- Guests use their personal entertainment accounts (ie, Netflix, Hulu).

This home is NOT pet friendly.

Please note, as this is our residence some of our family's personal items (pictures, etc.) will remain in the home during your stay. There is also a separate ADU with a separate entrance on this property, with no shared walls.
