[SECURITY DEPOSIT]
➣A security damage deposit of $700.00 will be automatically charged to the credit card on file 4 days before check-in
➣This is a hold on the credit card and will be released 2 days after checkout
➣If the credit card charge fails then the guest has 1 day to provide another form of payment before the reservation is cancelled

[RENTAL AGREEMENT]
➣A Rental Agreement will be sent for signature after booking.
➣Failure to sign the Rental Agreement will be result in cancellation of the booking

[CANCELLATION POLICY]
➣Our cancellation policy is as follows:
One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

[POOL CLEANING SCHEDULE]
➣In order to keep the pool in great shape and to ensure your safety, the pool is cleaned twice a week: on Monday and Thursday
➣This ensures the pool water's quality remains consistent
➣Since the cleaning company services multiple properties, the service window is fairly broad during the day: anytime between 8am and 5pm
➣The cleaning company has their own door code to enter the property when guests are not inside
➣After cleaning, we recommend waiting about 30 minutes before using the pool. After that it should be ok
➣They will always knock and announce themselves when they show up

➣Take in the peace of the Smokies from the comfort of your hot tub, which accommodates up to 6 people.

➣To ensure your safety and comfort, the hot tub is thoroughly cleaned, drained, and refilled with fresh water after each guest's stay. We use bromine tablets to maintain water quality.

➣We understand that your furry family members are an integral part of your vacation, which is why our cabin is pet-friendly.
➣Your four-legged companions are more than welcome to join you on your Smoky Mountain getaway (please consider this if you do not have pets or in case you have allergies).

➣We charge a pet fee of $250 per stay regardless of the number of pets you are bringing.
➣You will need to enter the number of pets to the guest list so that the nightly price can be adjusted accordingly.
➣If you bring a pet without adding them to the guest list then we will assess the pet fee
➣Dogs that are left unattended MUST be crated

[CABIN LOCATION]
There is a composting facility located nearby that can at times create an odor that could affect this resort and as far away as the parkway and Dollywood. This is generally not a significant issue but depends entirely on wind, time of the year, or day.

To make your stay even more comfortable, we offer a STARTER PACK of consumable items, including:

➣We expect each guest to treat the property with the utmost respect. This allows us to continue providing awesome accommodations to future vacationers

➣PARENTS: We expect you to control your children. If you can't or won't then we kindly ask that you book another cabin
