It sits on a quiet cul-de-sac with a pool, large yard for pets, and lots of free parking. Only a short Uber ride to everything Phoenix has to offer, such as the Phoenix Open, Spring Training, Final Four, Paradise Valley, Old Town Scottsdale, and much more! This place is perfect for entertaining with large open areas and ample seating. Be one of the first to experience this gem!
