Palm Trees & Warm Breeze - Beautifully designed 4BR home in Chandler with a tropical backyard paradise! Great home for entertaining and larger groups! Sparkling heated/cooled pool in the backyard, surrounded by palm trees and string lights. Fire pit sitting area, large covered patio w/ outdoor dining area, ping pong table, bistro set and BBQ Grill. Great location! Close to Chandler Fashion Mall, Intel, and Tempe. There are a plethora of stores, dining and entertainment within a 5-10 min drive. Many great restaurants and nightlife venues close by!

Beautiful home with spacious, open-concept living areas and modern design. The family room sits off the entry way and is the perfect conversation area. The family room includes a forest green velvet sofa, coffee table, side tables w/ lamps and 2 sitting chairs. There is even a bluetooth speaker for guests to use, that looks like an old record player. Adjacent to the family room is the dining area, which has a beautiful wooden table that can comfortably seat up to 8 people.

The kitchen and living room are also open-concept and flow into one another. The kitchen has white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, a spacious pantry, and a breakfast table that seats 4 people. The living room is located across and includes a large, leather sectional sofa, two sitting chairs with a table and lamp, an ottoman, and a wall mounted, 75” Smart TV w/ streaming. The living room is light & bright, and has windows looking out towards the backyard and pool area.

The master suite is straight out of a high-end hotel. The master suite has a large, upholstered king sized bed, two wooden night stands, 2 lamps, a leaning mirror, and wooden dresser. On top of the dresser sits a 55” Smart TV w/ streaming. The attached master bathroom has a large closet, a dual-vanity, and a tub/shower combo.

The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, a wooden dresser, 2 night stands w/ lamps, and a leaning mirror. The third bedroom also has a queen sized bed, 2 night stands w/ lamps, and a leaning mirror. The fourth bedroom is setup as a kids room. The kid's will enjoy a 55” Smart TV where they can watch cartoons or play video games. The kids room has a twin over full bunk bed. This room also has some board games and books included for the kids to enjoy.

The second bathroom is shared by all 3 of guest bedrooms. The second bathroom has a large dual-vanity and a tub/shower combo. The home also includes a full sized washer and dryer.

The backyard is where your vacation starts! The backyard has a large covered patio for various activities to be enjoyed. The covered patio houses the outdoor dining table (seats 6), a bistro table (seats 2), a mini ping pong table, BBQ grill, and a standing cooler for guests to chill their beverages.

Walking to the heated/cooled pool, you'll be delighted with a large grassy area, palm trees, and string lights. The grassy area is a great spot for yard games to be played. Heading out to the pool, you'll find 2 sun loungers on the pool deck, poolside umbrellas, and a comfortable outdoor sitting area under the pergola. The sitting area has a table and a propane fire pit, perfect for roasting marshmallows.

** Security Camera Disclosure ** This home has a doorbell camera, a camera facing the front entryway/driveway of the home, and cameras on the side of the house.

**Stays 21 days during 5/1-10/31 will require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.**

~ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~ Please remember! We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please make sure coordinate your travel plans ahead of time
~ Casago provides a starter pack which will include hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap. Please refrain from using "flushable wipes."
~ No pets or large gatherings
~ Renter must park in the garage or visitor parking spaces. Repeated over night parking in the visitor parking is not allowed.
~ No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~ Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~ Utility caps apply. This 4 bedroom has a $250 utility allowance per 30 days ($8.34 per day.) Guest are responsible for any amount billed over the $250 utility cap. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer
~ All Casago Homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
~ Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age. Reservation holder must be at the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~ All reservations are subject to a background check and an additional screening fee. The reservation holder must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.

** Additional cost to heat the pool. Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature. Do not recommend heating during the winter months.**

~The pool heat fee has an additional charge of $65.00/day plus tax and needs three days to heat to 82 degrees in winter.
