Screen door was off the track and propped up against the patio door, toilet paper holder was hanging from the wall and unusable, seat on toilet was so loose it slid when in use, and probably the worse thing was the lighting above the sink in the master. It was so bad they supplied a lighted makeup mirror which didn’t work. I had to move the floor lamp over to the sink to have enough light to put my contacts in. Only good thing about this place is the location.

Condo with great location

We enjoyed our stay, it was just as advertised and the location was fantastic. It is just blocks from old town and many great restaurants. It was also an easy 15-20 minute walk to Scottsdale Stadium. the coffee maker was easy to use which came in handy. The designated parking spot in the back was also a plus, even though we didn't have to use our car much. The only negative of our stay the stairs up to the loft were challenging to folks in their mid 70's, but it worked out ok. Overall our week stay was very comfortable and enjoyable.

A nicely equipped unit in excellent location. Good setup for a simple stay. Only concern was shower needs an update, and at minimum the hot/cold/mix handles were not working properly which was an issue with water temp. Hardware in both bathrooms was loosely installed as well and needed attention. Beyond that great location and walkable to most all of Old Town.

Great Location…Very Hard Bed

The location was amazing! The place wasn’t very clean. The floors and furniture were dirty and the sheets had dark stains and even had a dried up contact lens in them. Our biggest complaint is that the king size mattress was SO HARD. We were really looking forward to getting some rest and relaxation while in vacation but we could not even sleep. My husband has bad back problems so he pulled the sofa sleeper mattress out of the couch and slept in the floor (which was only a bit better…still very uncomfortable). I personally do not have back problems but I woke up on day one with a stiff neck and my back hurt the entire trip.
