Welcome to Gilbert! This 3 bdrm, 2.5 bath private house offers spacious living with full kitchen, laundry, and many amenities. NEWLY renovated backyard includes heated pool, built-in BBQ, fire pit, speaker system, and putting green. Separate garage game room includes ping pong, darts, and foosball!

Downtown Gilbert and Freestone Park are just around the corner. You're within minutes from attractions such as Top Golf, PHX Zoo, Scottsdale, golf courses, Talkingstick Casino, and Chase Stadium!
The space
POOL AND BACKYARD
Private pool is heated October through April and is set between 82-84 degrees (note that in colder months it may not be capable of warming to that temperature).

BBQ and fire pit are propane powered. Putters and golf balls are located in the garage so you can work on your stroke on the brand new putting green. You will also find yard games and pool floats stored in the garage.

Keep your beverages cold in the built in ice cooler next to the BBQ. Connect to the Sonos sound system and enjoy your favorite music while you lounge in one of the many sitting areas outside.

GAME ROOM
In the garage you will find a full game room complete with Ping Pong, Foosball, and Darts. Enjoy a beverage at the top table while you watch or keep score. Open the garage door for a little fresh air... fans also available keeping you cool for warmer months.

BEDROOMS
Master bedroom is located on the first floor with ensuite 2 sink bathroom and full walk-in closet. Featuring a king bed, 43 inch Smart TV, and dresser for you belongings. Each bedside lamp has USB plug ins for easier access to you phone or tablet. Unpack and you will feel right at home!

The other 2 bedrooms are located upstairs and each feature a queen bed with 2 nightstands, USB hookups in the side table lamps, closet and dresser or shelf for your belongings. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower and bath on the second level. One bedroom also features another 43 inch Smart TV.
All 3 bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans for comfort and blackout curtains.

KITCHEN
Is equipped with coffee pot, electric kettle, toaster, and even a blender to enjoy margaritas next to the pool! We have provided indoor and outdoor dishes and glassware, please keep all glass inside. Cooking and baking supplies are also provided in case you want a calm night in.

FREE LAUNDRY
A washer and dryer are available for use for free. Detergent and dryer sheets are provided for your convenience.

LIVING ROOM
Features a fireplace with candles for a little evening romance. You will find a full size 58 inch Smart TV, and workstation with ethernet cable is provided. Card and board games are held in the ottoman.

Guests have access to two hall closets located on both levels where you will find cleaning supplies, extra paper products, iron and ironing board, pack and play, vacuum mop and broom, as well as one pool towel for each guest.
Guest access
Guests will have full access to the house, garage, and backyard with private pool with few exceptions…

Areas off limits to guests:

Access to pool mechanical area is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Guests can control lights and jets accessed on wall near BBQ only. (Guests that attempt to manipulate pool controls will be reported to Airbnb.)

Kitchen pantry and upstairs closet are locked restricting guest access.

Garbage day is on Monday, bins to be put at curb on SUNDAY.

Pool service and landscaping may require access during the week.

Quiet hours 10:00 pm - 7:00 am.
