Welcome to an exclusive Scottsdale community in the green Cactus corridor - an oasis in the desert city. Enjoy unparalleled sunrises and sunsets and moonrises from the backyard over McDowell Mountains. Bike ride from world famous Taliesen, McDowell Mountain trails for hiking, public water park, libraries, skateboard park. 10 minutes or less from ice-rink, the world famous West World, Scottsdale Quarter, world famous golf course including TPC. Over an acre lot with heated pool and spa, citrus trees, kitchen garden, kiva, gazebo, views of the McDowell Mountains. Tucked back almost like in a cul-de-sac, the regal home has a circular drive, huge green yards, tennis courts with lights, backs to a wash. Tall vaulted ceilings, two ACs, upgraded bathrooms and kitchen as well as large three car garage with ample storage cabinets. Jet jacuzzi in the master bath with therapeutic jets. Open plan, yet warm layout. Nanny /guest suite on its own side of the home. Bikes, rackets, pool net provided along with linen, maid service once a month, free internet and streaming TV services. Although an outdoor city, pool table, air hockey table, Baby grand piano, games and books to keep children and adults entertained.
