Prepare to be charmed by this colorful Tempe getaway. Characterful details abound in this artful space, from the bright Saltillo tiles to the serene Southwestern artwork on the walls, to the arched stone to the arched stone doorway between the two living areas. Start your day with a quiet cup of coffee on the small, secluded patio outside the main bedroom's sliding glass doors. Keep breakfast prep simple in the well-equipped full kitchen, and then enjoy your meal at the dining room table, with a view of your private, interior courtyard. And then head back outside to enjoy your spa-like yard.

Saltillo tiles continue on the covered patio, with plentiful comfortable seating and a nice, shady spot for a cold beverage and a book - there's a wine chiller just waiting for your favorite bottle. Just across from the in-ground pool, there's a gas grill and dining table. A few chaises are available when you want to work on your tan.

When the day is done, settle into either of the comfortable seating areas. If it's chilly outside, stay in and pick out your favorite show to stream. Or, head back to the patio, turn on the fairy lights, and watch the desert sky go dark.

You'll be situated in a lovely location, keeping you on the cusp of adventure. Enjoy scenic walks and sights through several nearby parks, or enjoy a round or two of golf at Dobson Ranch Golf Course. Also within five minutes, you can enjoy contemporary Arizona artwork at the ASU Art Museum. The Desert Botanical Garden is nine miles away where you can roam the calm gardens and survey countless plant species, or, visit The South Mountain Park and Preserve 13 miles away from your home for amazing sights from the vast valley floors and mountain tops.

No more than 10 people are allowed on the property. No large gatherings, parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, or wedding party stays are allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
