Chelsea Place On The Park - This cute and spacious newly renovated one bedroom second floor apartment is located right on Margaret Hance Park in downtown Phoenix. It has incredible views of the park, shared interior courtyard that is fenced and secure, and a carport in the back for parking. Walk to restaurants and shops. Phoenix Theatre Company, Phoenix Art Museum, the Heard Museum, Burton Bar Library, light rail, a wonderful dog park and more are just steps away. Stay in the heart of it all.

1. TV and Entertainment:
• The apartment does not have traditional cable TV, but guests can access live cable channels through a "YouTube TV" subscription.
• Guests are instructed to click on the home app on the TV to access all the available channels.

2. Parking:
• Free street parking is available in front of the building.
• There's also a carport in the back alley, and it operates on a first-come, first-serve basis for guests.

Tiptop experience - would stay again!

Nice location if you're needing to be downtown. We were... clean, well maintained. Great for a couple nights and right across from the deck park, Margaret T Hance. It is well used, felt safe.

Great Downtown Apartment Close to Trains

I was very happy with my 4 day stay at this property, as it was very close to the train that could get me downtown in a few minutes, the airport, or out to Tempe for some fun. Very clean, everything that you could want, and updated modern feel. Great for couples or a single traveler. Very quiet around this neighborhood and the patio was great for an afternoon of relaxing and having a beverage.

Quiet neighborhood, great location.

Great location. Next to a nice public park and dog park. Clean unit. The bathroom door and bedroom doors are poorly installed barn doors that do not stay closed so there’s no privacy there if that’s a concern. The communication with the host was poor. Could not get an answer about pre-stay questions through VRBO and then you are required to fill out additional paperwork through a separate property management company after booking through VRBO. For me the extra steps were an inconvenience and I’d prefer to keep things within the booking platform for all involved parties. Overall not a bad stay, just some improvements that could be made.

Just perfect!

Very comfortable, clean, secure property in a great location. We were in Phoenix to visit relatives and sightsee - this property was perfect for our needs. Being right across the street from a beautiful park and within walking distance of the Arts District are a plus Definitely recommend this property and host!

Review

The apartment and and location was well. The only issue was that they were remodeling the apartment complex and were making a lot of noise throughout the day. I hardly had any peace when I was staying at the property. Everything besides that was good. Will I come again ? Most likely not.
